He cared about our home and the work that he presented. He offers a good price but what was more important was that he is trustworthy. We got our roof power washer bc we had a lot of algae caked on. We also got our solar panels cleaned. We were very cautious with finding trustworthy people in case they broke or scratched it, we would never know since we don't go on the roof. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!
