Edward was very responsive, upfront and went above and beyond all expectations. I had him clean all of the windows in an apartment complex and also clean the awnings. The awnings needed a more thorough cleaning, but Edward didn't hesitate about coming out again with a tougher chemical to get the dark spots out at no extra charge. He also helped my husband with taking out a large cactus which wasn't part of the job at all. That's how nice he is! I have never done this before, as I'm a bit of a cheap skate. But I couldn't help myself from asking for another invoice so that I could pay him more and my husband was in full agreement. He is well worth every penny, and his prices are beyond fair. I can't say enough about the service I received from Edward and his team! My roof was way overdue for a deep cleaning. Edward is an absolute gem - super professional, responsive, friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. From initial communication (I found him on Yelp!) to pricing/scheduling the work to actually arriving and performing the work, he was a pleasure to work with. Edward gave me the best bid out of all the quotes I received, and his work was super detailed and meticulous. He took his time and spent almost the entire day cleaning my roof that was covered in moss and dirt after all this rain. After work was done, he sent me photos right away and even told me that he had cracked a few roof tiles while cleaning but not to worry he was going to take care of them/replace them for me. Sure enough - he stayed in touch with me and made sure to come back a few weeks later to replace not only the tiles he cracked but also a few other tiles that were cracked from before!!
