Being my first experience, I was a bit nervous, but Kelli made me feel at ease. She was gentle and reassuring, checking in with me throughout the entire process to ensure my comfort. Kelli worked her magic on my lips, transforming them from uneven and thin to full and beautifully symmetrical. The cheek fillers worked wonders, making my dark circles practically disappear! First off, what a warm and welcoming experience! I was a bit hesitant about getting a Moxi/BBL because it's not just an average facial. Lasers are a little more intense! Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! Not only was this a wonderful experience, but I will surely be coming back for more treatments here based on how I was treated! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that's probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don't feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can't wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! Honestly, I love it here. All of the staff here are friendly, they make you feel so good, and it doesn't matter if you a bunch of money to throw at them or if you're a regular person there for a facial. Everyone there has a lot of knowledge, they make you feel very confident in what they are talking about, they answer all of your questions, and give you all the information that you need to make an informed decision before committing to any procedure. I love the atmosphere and the feel that you get right when you walk in. Everything is so bright and clean and it just makes you feel so, refreshed and vibrant by the time you walk out of your appointment. As far as the prices, I think they might be a tiny bit higher than you could get at a chain spa, but I think it's worth it for the experience that I've had. read more

Have been going to RSS for a few years now. All the front staff and clinicians are great. I always ask for Deb because she is fantastic. I watch for their monthly specials so I can save a little money. The problem is, at least 3 times at checkout, there is an exception to the special, preventing me from qualifying. The exceptions are nowhere to be found on their marketing for the month. I even asked ahead of time when I made the appt. what the specials were and the qualifications. Frustrating. read more

The ladies here are always so welcoming and helpful! When you walk in, the atmosphere is a bit more retail feel, but after you are signed in, they take you to a more cozy waiting area. You sit there for a little bit and can sit on some tea or read while you are waiting for your appointment. I have never had to wait here too long, as they have always been really timely with keeping on schedule. I have done a couple different services here and think they do a wonderful job. Not only performing the services but educating you on how you can take care of your skin in between services too. The prices are super fair and they never push additional products on you unless you would like to hear more about them. I never feel guilty for buying anything which is always a favored environment for me! Please check this place out for all of your skin care needs. read more

I've been going to Debbie at renewal for lip injections for years. She is so kind and great at what she does. I recently went to renewal for my first ever facial (hydra facial) with April and she is fantastic as well. The facial was absolutely amazing (in my opinion better than any massage). I've been told that they are a little pricey compared to other places, but considering how great April and Debbie are, I won't be going anywhere else. read more

I have a darker skin tone and I trust he will preserve the integrity of my skin tone because he is knowledgeable about the process and he is careful. He has taken care of me for 5 yrs. I never write reviews but I just had my eyebrows microbladed by Angela Gill and I must say, she can work wonders on your brows and make them spectacular! I have Asian brows and they are hard to get right and Angela took so much time to make sure it was done correctly. I completely trusted her and I'm so glad I did! Angela is thoughtful around every stroke and has also trained under some of the most notable Phi Brow masters. I would recommend RSS to everyone. I'm looking forward to going back for some other skin/facial treatments. Will never go to another medi-spa in GR. Great customer service and nice, clean facility. I actually had a terrible experience here BUT the owner, Jon Gill went above and beyond to make it right and I was extremely impressed and felt very valued as a client. I had a bad experience involving communication with some of the support staff and with any business I understand mistakes can happen. What will keep me coming back is the attention Jon gave my matter. He was also my provider for 2 IPL laser treatments I had done on my face and I could not be happier with him as a provider and the results I received. I had really bad dark spots from the sun on my forehead and sprinkled all over my face. Two IPL treatments took care of all of it! I am very happy and will be giving Renewal a try for other services in the future. read more

I love this Spa! I actually never went to a Spa before in my life before them. I thought Spas were for the rich and people who were privileged! I did not think of myself as that type of person! Most of my life I never felt I took very good care of my skin, mostly because I just had severely low self esteem from abuse I suffered and the loss of my brother! Since then, life has not been so kind to me. But, I really want to get into the acting world and thought I should start trying to better my skin. I decided to try a free analysis report they give. They use a machine and show you what your skin looks like. I don't wear much makeup and used store bought cleansers, so I didn't think my skin would look horrid. I didn't think I looked like a model but I figured it looked average. It was not too pretty inside. It goes deep where you can't see and I was astonished! Well, I had a few facials and started moisturizing, cleansing and even exfoliating. I can tell you my skin looks so much smoother and the dryness is disappearing. I love how gentle the facials are. Bonnie is very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. It can sting a little but for beauty, it's a small price to pay. I love that for no extra charge, you can get a paraffin hand treatment, too! There office is very classy and the products are amazing! I am so glad I can feel like a celebrity when I leave! I hope to keep getting treatments done before I officially move to LA! Having clear skin is the best part of any beauty regime! Try this place, and fall in love with the skin you wear! I visited here pretty steadily for the past 4-5 months for microdermabrasion appointments. The pricing was reasonable for the procedure, and I thought the treatments themselves were great- I saw a lot of improvement with my skin. I loved my initial Esthetician but unfortunately, she left the office and took the machine she had been using for our sessions. I was informed that I'd have to switch to a different type of procedure now that she was gone, which I was bummed about. Still, my next Esthetician, Bonnie, was wonderful and kind. She listened to my skin needs, and she tailored the appointment for a recent sunburn I had. It's the front desk that I had some frustration with. During the few months I visited, I was called by the office several times about rescheduling appointments for one reason or another. One time, they shuffled me around a week before my appointment so they could do a lunch and learn type session with their new diet products. It worked out fine, but I was put -off that they seemingly just decided to do a product offering a week prior to their chosen date, and moved everyone to make it work. Yesterday I got a voicemail saying they missed me for an appointment that I had canceled two weeks ago. Would I recommend their services- yes. But keep your calendar open, and be ready to be flexible with scheduling. read more

I'm addicted to going here! It is the best spa in town. I have been coming here for the past 6 months for silk peels and I absolutely love them. I also just started laser hair removal a few months ago and it's the best laser I've tried so far. I have tried many other places with years of getting laser hair removal and I've had about 50% success but at renewal skin spa just 2 sessions of laser hair removal and it's practically all gone.
