Worst buy experience of my life. Firstly time I bought myself a brand new couch. I bought it the…read moreperson who helped me was nice was told the couch I wanted would be in, in about 3-4 weeks. It got up to 4 weeks and I would call to ask if it was there or not and I always got the idk call back next week. It has now been 6 weeks. I was told my couch would be delivered today. I call to make sure i get told that it wont be here it will probably be next week. I talk to the manager who was extremely rude to me. I told her I want it delivered today as i was promised because I waited 2 extra weeks already. She kept telling me we cant make exceptions for you sorry. I explain I dont want an exemption I want the couch delivered like I was told it would be then she told me she could accomplish that on the phone with me that I was slowly her down. So I got off the phone with her and still yet to hear if I'm gonna see my couch.

I understand these areas need to be especially monitored but this woman stood right over our checkout and watched only us the entire time. We felt very uncomfortable. We travel for a living and no one has EVER made us feel this way. I hate to have to say this because I love Iowa but I am calling this racism and stereotyping out. I am Mexican, Spanish, & German. My husband is Mexican & Irish. Both of us born in America. Now, We love the Lord so we don't wish bad upon this woman but pray she gets her heart right.

The on-line pricing was less, but you are on your own if problems arise. The blinds arrived slightly earlier than the estimate, and installation was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, there was a problem with two blinds that was apparently due to a manufacturing issue. Not only were the two blinds replaced immediately and replaced at "no charge", the manufacturer up graded the two blinds at no additional charge to us.
