After just a few sessions, I started to notice a real difference--not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well.  I mention the "emotional" part because I suffer from seasonal depression. I'm in tears writing this because I can't believe that I'm 99% pain free.  My husband has noticed how much better and happier I look.  Before my diagnosis, I was walking 5-10 miles daily. That was shortened to maybe one mile daily. Because I was unable to do the things that brought me so much joy, I became depressed, and the Fall and Winter months were adding to my depression.  The therapy itself was outstanding and incredibly effective, and what also stood out was Joelle, the owner. She is a truly an expert in this type of healing. Her personal journey led her to extensive research with a doctor, and they have since written a book on Red Light Therapy.  She was so compassionate and truly understood what I was going through. Her kindness and empathy made each visit a healing experience, not just for my body but for my mind and spirit, too. The woman then booked me for an appointment the next day. I showed up to the appointment on the next day, and the person who was working said they did not know how to perform the procedure that I had signed up for. Therefore, both times, I went to the appointment and wasted my time. This is absolutely ridiculous and I've never received any kind of service like this from any service provider. They didn't even call. I do not recommend.

I had a wonderful Signature Facial and really liked that she doesn't blow the hot steam in your face and then walk away! I always hated that part of a facial so this was so nice. Instead she used hot towels and I think sprays some hot steam on them. Not sure but it was so much better. The environment is very comfy and relaxing. I will definitly go back!

If you're like me and chatty, like going to the hair salon, she adjusts for that as well. I was excited to see that she's on her own now. It's nice to be able to make my appointments online. It's quick easy and you get a reminder. It's especially helpful for those, like me, who forget appointments. She is located inside Bellazza Day Spa on Grove Street in Franklin. Bonus, she's closer to me now. Her new location is nice and quiet and a much more relaxing atmosphere. Her room is inviting as is she. Her facials are amazing. She pays attention to any issues you have with your skin and gives great advice on ways to fix it. When I leave my face is always feeling nice, clean and rejuvenated. Bobbi Jo cut and colored my hair and I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror! My hair was dry and overgrown and I desperately needed a cut and color to recharge it. Now, its shiny and healthy looking and I feel great. Not to mention, I came when the salon opened back up after the Covid-19 shutdown and I felt extraordinarily safe and taken care of. Finally decided to try acupuncture after physical therapy, both back and knee steroid shots as well…read moreas OTC and prescription pain meds did not help me with chronic leg pain. (have severe arthritic knee from sports with younger and carrying too much body weight as an adult). I incapacitated and down, had even finally gotten a cane to use periodically - arggggh! Got a referral from a friend to see Robert and it's been a positive life change. Have my mobility back and the pain in my leg is almost gone. Medical research does show that acupuncture helps with pain which is why I think insurance companies are covering (mine does). Robert and the rest of the staff are really great. Am now doing a series for shoulder impingement. Can't recommend this resource enough!

PCP: You have swollen Masseter muscles. ME: What's causing it? PCP: In most people: teeth grinding....in your case: Binge eating at Yelp Elite events. Really you should leave more of the free food for the other people. ME: How do I fix it? PCP: Well...you could have surgery to remove some of the muscles. ME: How can I fix it with out a lot of blood? PCP: Well...Botox works. ME: Botox you say?! Excellent! I know just the place to have it done! PCP: Really? Because you have not paid attention to a damn thing I have said in the last 20 years! Botox = Return to Dr Elliot Lach and A Beautiful You...or in this case A Beautiful ME! First piece of good news: My Insurance Covered it~!!
