They didn't have anybody available to do it so asked us to come back. I made an appointment before leaving to come back at 1. I come back and while they were very kind to my daughter, I was pretty upset that they did her nails first and sat me 3 seats away because the seat next to the child's seat was occupied. With an appointment at least I expected to be done together. So now her nails are done and I'm just getting started. The tech doing my nails also seemed angry the whole time because I'm having to entertain my daughter and remind her constantly not to touch her nails. I also asked my tech to be careful with one nail because I have problems with it becoming ingrown, well instead she just didn't clean up any of the skin around my nails. Okay whatever.. but now my 5 year old is getting impatient and not listening because it's been an hour. Now a day later, the cherry on top is my gel polish is peeling off.

I specifically asked for something lighter than my eyebrows, natural-looking, and blended in so it wouldn't even look like they were "done." She clearly ignored everything I said. The lines are extremely dark, uneven, and far darker than my natural brows. The shading on the bottom is sloppy and laughable. Not only did she fail to listen to my concerns, but the result looks harsh, unnatural, and nothing like what I requested. $700 later, not only am I out that money, but now I'll have to spend over $2,000 to get them removed, as a true professional recommended, because there is no fixing this mess. I booked a consultation expressed my concerns, my hopes for my hair, and the owner Dimitra & the team at DHC & CO went above & beyond for me. They could see how frazzled I was, asked if I would be willing to wait a little bit, and they did it that day. Shauna gave me the most incredible scalp treatment, which soothed and eased my tender scalp. Amanda & Liz tag teamed my extension install. They are incredibly talented, and my hair blends seamlessly.
