I specifically asked for something lighter than my eyebrows, natural-looking, and blended in so it wouldn't even look like they were "done." She clearly ignored everything I said. The lines are extremely dark, uneven, and far darker than my natural brows. The shading on the bottom is sloppy and laughable. Not only did she fail to listen to my concerns, but the result looks harsh, unnatural, and nothing like what I requested. $700 later, not only am I out that money, but now I'll have to spend over $2,000 to get them removed, as a true professional recommended, because there is no fixing this mess. Shauna gave me the most incredible scalp treatment, which soothed and eased my tender scalp. Amanda & Liz tag teamed my extension install. They are incredibly talented, and my hair blends seamlessly.
