McClintock said I ran on NY time - too much energy. He put me on Limbritol 2xs /day. I dropped out of college was lazy. Moved away from MO to west coast. Was in a car accident. Dr. here asked me what I was taking. I showed him. Turned out it had 10 milligrams of Librium in the pills! McClinton NEVER told me. They weeded me off the drug after 10 years. However, now I have a head tremors and neurological problems for being 'over drugged' for 10 years plus. This McClintock ruined my life and kept renewing the prescription. I was young, I had no idea. I had a great life till Dr. McCllintock over drugged me. He had no idea what he was doing and ruined my life. Don't take his anti-depressant's. It's his way to build his practice and get paid by the drug Mfg and keep you coming back. He used me to build his practice and pay off Dr. Butch for taking it over. Don't be a stupid women. I did not have the Internet back then for research. Or, I would have known. Now I have the power of the internet to speak up. I've been debating whether to post this for years. But, while he goes home to his back yard BBQ's with his big Dr. money - I'm left devastated and hard to find a job due to no college degree. Those pills turned me into a zombie. How can you help yourself when you are drugged out ? Now, I fight against Anti Depressants. I was NOT even depressed at all. I trusted him and he used me and my money for his own benefits. Now, I get all my medical records after each Dr. visit and my own blood lab reports. Dr.'s are always writing things in records and not telling you what's on reports. The physician assistant, Michael Jelinek, overheard that my daughter was having ear pain and said he would allow her to be seen even though they were closing. My daughter was diagnosed with an ear infection then prescribed an antibiotic that was onsite. I am very appreciative of the staff and provider for going above and beyond for us. Great experience that needs to be recognized!

On 5/28/26, I went to the TAUC facility on 2501 Clarkson Rd., Chesterfield, MO 63017 for treatment…read moreof a hand injury. They discharged me with someone else's X-rays. I didn't realize this until I was at the orthopedic hospital. The clinicians there had to retake new X-rays in order to proceed with treatment. Because of their carelessness, I ended up incurring a $650 hospital bill for the new set of X-rays, which is not covered by my insurance. Since this is the result of their mishandling of my treatment records, it is well within reason to expect them to cover this cost. I've reached out to the local branch, customer feedback line, and administrator office. Much to my dismay, TAUC decided not to reimburse me. They did, however, escalate this issue to their Senior Director Steven McGovern for further review.  This only made matters worse. At first, he seemed genuinely willing to assist, asking about the specifics of the case and billing documentation, which I provided. But after this initial conversation, he just stopped corresponding completely. Truly unbelievable. At the very least, have the decency to respond to my inquiries, even if the news are not good. This is insulting and unprofessional. It is shocking that someone who is in a senior position of their leadership team would handle a customer complaint this poorly. Perhaps his behavior is merely a reflection of the company's value as a whole. I should also point out that this incident is a clear violation of HIPPA. It raises serious concerns about their commitment to safeguarding the security and confidentiality of their patients' records.

I'll be perfectly honest and say that I haven't experienced such happy (or at least pretending to be happy) employees since Disney World. Every single person I encountered seemed genuinely thrilled to be working there, explained the procedures thoroughly, and was just generally cheerful. You feel attended to, appointments don't feel rushed, and there's a sense that these people love what they're doing and that they want their patients to feel safe and taken care of. I have to go back for a follow-up appointment, and while I'm nervous about the procedure, I know the people there are going to make the experience as painless and friendly as possible.
