I had worked with Chuck and his wife Gisela for many years and knew they would help me figure out what I needed to do next. While I was on the phone with Gisela, Chuck got in his car and drove an hour to my cape house. I was traveling and was out of state. Cuck talked with the fire department and stayed until my daughter arrived on the site. Later, going through my insurance plan with my adjustor, I had the proper coverage....whew...I could rebuild.

The small things, like picking up documents at my home or hand delivering something that needs to be signed, make a difference. However, she REALLY proved her value while working on a very complicated FEMA flood insurance case. She has been to the court house to look up old flood maps, secured information from the town and provided all of this to FEMA and then followed up with them. You cannot beat Cahill for service and it has been very convenient to have all of my insurance needs taken care of in one place. I highly recommend !
