I'm feeling neutral to suspicious about this place…read more Now we take Wesley here each month to get groomed. They do a beautiful job at that. No problems. Wesley seems happy when we pick him up. My problem is we started to use them for his shots. It only made sense to us since they had to call his previous vet to get his medical history. But when we took him in, they did not want us to come back and be with him while he was getting his shots. Now this seems odd to me since with all my other animals and vets, we were always allowed to go back with them. Never has a vet refused to allow us back so we could comfort the animal during that stressful time. Something seems off about this. I think while I'll continue to get him groomed there, I'll take him back to his previous vet for his shots.

Really do not understand how this place has five stars??? Our last appointment was terrible. It…read morewas at 9:10 when we get there both women working in the front were busy on the phones. No big deal a tech comes out and puts us in a room. 40 minutes later (no word from anyone) I decide to go up to the desk to see how much longer it would be. Both women are busy on the phones again. When one was done, I ask and she says " I don't know, you might be next". We wait another 10 minutes and decide that's enough. I give the clipboard to the tech that put us in the room and tell her that is unacceptable. If someone would have come in to give us a heads up there's a delay or anything would have been appreciated. Not 5 minutes after we get home, we get a VOICE RECORD MESSAGE apologizing and hoping we will give them another chance. Wow, do you have to make that many of those calls that you do a recording???? Whoever this office manager is, is not doing you any favors!!! So many complaints in one appointment is so unacceptable.

They don't consult you before trying to do a blood draw they just do it! My poor cat! I did not…read moreauthorize it and they just did it and when she was brought to me she was terrified and they couldn't even do it! She had high blood pressure and they have an old school style so they didn't get a proper reading and she was extremely stressed! They then over prescribed blood pressure meds that made her worse and ended up taking her to another vet where it was discovered her blood pressure was too low from being over prescribed!!
