I love Dr Lisa; she's an extraordinary vet. The front of office staff have big hearts and are very efficient. But appointments are difficult; they always seem crushed. And, as with everything else in this economy, the prices always shock my old man sensibilities. That's not a criticism is this practice. Veterinary services have increased by more than 60% over the past ten years. More specifically, pet services including veterinary care rose nearly 25% between just 2021 and 2024 -- a sharp acceleration. At the same time, many clinics are seeing fewer visits because owners are delaying routine care due to cost. Most disgraceful veterinary clinic that my family has ever done business with. They ripped my mother off about $800 claiming to have done the checkups on the dog that they didn't do, according to another veterinary clinic we now do business with. Our dog died of cancer and it easily could have been treated if they actually checked the dog properly. Their customer service is terrible and has multiple young punks behind the counter that literally told my mother, they weren't concerned about the testing surrounding the dog's health. News is spreading in our neighborhood and our neighbors are changing veterinary clinics, in part, due to their neglect and negative experiences of their own. On Wednesday night of last week our senior dog had to be rushed to the ER as Warrington vet was already closed. We had a terrible experience with the staff at the ER but what makes it so much better is how much our vet (Warrington vet) makes it better. They sent us flowers and seeds to plant with Maggies ashes. The care this vet clinic has is above and beyond. I wish we would of been able to end Maggies life here as the staff here truly cares about your pet! Maggie had a tumor on her liver and it unfortunately ruptured which was causing her to bleed out. We will truly miss bringing her to Warrington vet clinic and appreciate all of the amazing care she had with Dr. Henderson in the last almost year! read more

They were good for the most part of my Bella's life, however, late last year, when she started losing weight, we took her there. She was given tests and was given a clean bill of health. She continued losing weight for the next month or so., then I took her there again. She was given medications and I was advised to give her special canned food which I bought from them. I got out of there paying 108.50. My dog passed on two days later. She want able to finish the meds and food I bought from them. Then a few weeks later, I was billed another $ 120. I love Warrington Vet. Especially Dr. H.. The care they give each of our pets is so great. We have a young puppy and an adult cat and they treat always treat us incredibly well. I have always have tons of questions about the puppy and they are so patient with me. I did have an eighteen year old terrier, and when his time came they were so compassionate and even sent flowers to our home. They did same thing for my sixteen year old lab/chow mix. I would never consider going anywhere other than Warrington Vet. One sidenote that shows that they really care, my vet and staff knows who I am if they see me out at the store. I want the vets here to know their front desk clerk denied my f/u appt. for teeth cleaning that was scheduled because I did not have paper work showing bordetella vaccines. The loss of revenue for this one act cost the doctors at this facility a long time customer. I should not HAVE to vaccinate my dogs unnecessarily unless the facility is not cleaned properly with septicides. I have since had titres drawn that showed both my dogs carried the titres for the vaccines "highly positive" after 5 years. I urge all who read this to get titres drawn rather than revaccinate your pets to prevent the needless chemicals given to our pets. Between the heartworm and flea preventative and the required rabies, it is no wonder they die of ESRD and cancer. This is a needless money maker and given and pushed on those who trust their vets. Do the right thing, Allow your customers to sign a waiver that they do not hold you liable should they get a canine cold, which similar to humans is gone is a few days. Like a cold, it is also considered a mild self-limiting disease. A veterinarian I found uses an OTC remedy called B & T Cough and Bronchial Syrup to treat the cough. Wow, was I impressed!! I am a new full time resident to Pensacola and have two dogs. My dogs are like children to my husband and I. I am extremely picky about the vet and vet staff that care for our animals. Dr. H, the front desk ladies and the staff that assist him in the exam rooms are top notch professionals. When I called to gather more information about the clinic and the discuss the needs of one of my dogs, the lady that answered my call was very informative. Dr. H provides excellent animal care and is budget minded. For example, my older dog needed a medication that Publix would provide for free so he wrote me a script to fill at the grocery store.
