Legacy sent out a repair guy to add a filler which he missed part of the scratch. Repairman stated there was no way we scratched the stone. He stated it should go back to the shop for repairs. This company verbally advertises and promotes as a subcontractor with a certified licensed HVAC contractor, named Seminole Homes Services L.L.C. They installed our new HVAC improperly and caused damage. We became very suspicious and contacted the Panama City Beach License Department and confirmed their HVAC technician is not recorded nor registered as being licensed to perform repairs or replacements of HVAC systems in Panama City Beach. We had our system repaired by a reputable, licensed contractor, with the extra cost of $350.00.
