A great selection of tile and countertops in a nice setting. We went for a white quartz countertop…read moreat a good price. We got a quote from Lowes and the price was higher for a lesser grade product. We used our leftover piece and stuck it on an outside table. It would have been over a $1000 for them to polish and finish it. I sanded down all the edges with my mouse in 20 minutes and it looks terrific. If you want warm and fuzzy then you wont find it here. Service was very transactional, I could have been buying peanuts. Installation guys were a little sour upon arrival but they did the job well. No follow up call afterwards to see if we were happy.

I do not post a bad review lightly and my location is Panama City Beach - no idea where that San…read moreFrancisco is coming from! Cabinets for one bath and countertops, sinks, etc. for two baths ordered in October for install in beach condo in December. The quality for the cabinet is very good, but although the salesman came to the condo to "measure," he apparently did not realize that the existing cabinets were 18" rather than the standard 21" cabinets which they ordered. I have less than 1/4" clearance between the door opening and the cabinet top! In addition, the cabinet trim had to be addressed by my contractor making the best of a bad situation. Mistakes happen, but most companies at least try to appease or calm down an unhappy customer. That did not happen, and in fact, I was told that I was "making too much of this" and was further told that 18" cabinets would have cost 25% more, and taken longer to come in. That info is a "need to know" and MY CHOICE as the cabinet did not need to be replaced -- I simply wanted the different configuration. I was able to cancel the second part of my order for the countertops, sinks, etc., and they did refund the existing overpayment promptly. And yes, I was able to find another vendor who installed the new countertops within a week to complete my project prior to my long-term tenants' arrival on December 27.

I called on a Monday for some carpet repairs since the other local carpet place kept saying they…read morewere going to schedule but never did. This company came out the next day and knocked it out. Very courteous and attention to detail.

Since Niki refuses to respond directly and would rather discuss via public forum:…read more 1. It does not matter who your 'direct' client is. Does a waitress ignore everyone at the table except for the one person paying? Does a claims adjuster ignore the passengers involved in an auto collision because they do not own the vehicle? No. It is a matter of customer service, and ignoring everyone outside of the party paying is clearly poor customer service. 2. Update* for this portion - the installer came back and resolved the issues. 3. Constantly asking my mother to have my review taken down not only does not make sense (ma'am, I am a 28 year old adult. I do not answer to my mother.) but it is extremely belittling and condescending. If you would like the honest reviews taken down, I suggest correcting the situation and then asking nicely. 4. I have requested the contact information for your corporate office and have once again been fully ignored. 5. The issue was not the shipping - it was the expectations you have set - you stated via text message it would take 2 days for shipping. When the carpet did not arrive in 2 days, you blamed it on the carpet being placed on a 'slow truck'. Then via phone stated you told us 3-5 days for shipping - which you did not. Additionally, the installer was not ill - he was overworked. You had him plan to complete a job on Thursday, which was already a job that should take 2 days but you told us would be done in 1 so you pushed him to complete it in 1 (which is why he had to work late to complete it in one - yet another unreasonable expectation you set). Upon the carpet's arrival you decided to try to play the hero and push the installer to do the job a day early on Wednesday even though he had a job late in the evening the day prior that ran into early Wednesday morning. Even after the installer stated very clearly in an email which you forwarded to us that he could not complete the job on Wednesday, you continued to say you would try to get him out on Wednesday. Let the man rest and do the job on Thursday as originally planned. The inconsistency between the expectations you set and the actual result is the issue, particularly because you were fully aware the expectations you were setting were entirely unlikely if not outright impossible. 6. Coming into a customer's home and verbally attacking them unprovoked (twice) is obviously bad business. This requires no further explanation. Also, note the slew of sudden 5 star reviews from obviously fake accounts - did you take the time to do this yourself or did you pay someone else to? The ONE thing I can say about this company that has went well - I appreciate Niki not showing up at my home again as she made me feel extremely unsafe and concerned for me, my family, and our property's wellbeing.
