First of all, their response time here on yelp is very timely. I believe I reached out on the weekend and I was able to get a response within a few hours. I worked with Daniel to repair the undercarriage of my car as well as replaced the interior door panel on my driver side He was very knowledgeable, very patient with any questions I had, and was very open about my options. I never once felt like they were trying to charge me or rip me off. The clips are my undercarriage came in pretty fast however there was some trouble finding an appropriate door panel for my car. Daniel did keep me updated and communicated with me all throughout and was very transparent about any changes that need to be made. You can tell that he cared about the quality of the part that was coming in. The bottom of my car and my door is working great now. I even asked about a small paint chip and they addressed that for me. They did the least invasive option and then he said that if it's not to my liking to just give him a call and then we can discuss any further options that I may want to do. But when I mentioned the initial quote you provided based on photos, you honored the lower quoted price. I had a hard cap at a grand, so I was thankful for that. Someone scraped my car and I picked this place based on the reviews. Had to go through insurance so the process was a little long. Brought it in for an initial appraisal from Daniel on 12/1/23 and sent it over to insurance immediately. Called a few days later and spoke to Jeff and he said he would follow up with an update. Called again on the 7th and there was a lack of communication or miscommunication between Jeff and Daniel and they never followed up with insurance. On the 12th, I asked for an update and everything was approved so I scheduled to bring my car in on the 18th. My car was ready on the 22nd as promised and everything was great except for a yellow drop of paint that they sealed in. Jeff said they could fix it but it would've taken an additional 3 days and I had already returned my rental. It was also during the holidays so I wasn't sure how long it would actually take for me to get my car back. I decided to take my car with the yellow spot and although it's barely noticeable, I really wish it wasn't there. They also filled in some spots on my car that were chipped from rocks or something where the metal was exposed but it looks like drops of paint since they didn't buff it out to make it smooth. Major plus is that they cleaned the inside of my car which was desperately needed. Overall I wish it didn't take as long due to the lack of communication between Jeff and Daniel and that they paid a little more attention to detail and caught the yellow spot before giving the car back to me. read more

We chose Perfect Color based on the Yelp reviews. My wife has a 2015 Lexus RX350 with very low mileage that is in excellent shape. Unfortunately, with her years teaching at an elementary school, plus a few parking lot door scratching that were not her fault, she had blemishes in her beautiful blue exterior paint. She wanted to make her car look as new as possible because she takes pride in the vehicles she owns. The location on Miraloma is slightly difficult to find. It is behind another auto body repair shop, Premier, and next to Frank's Auto Shop. The parking lot is packed with cars, and finding a parking spot as well as maneuvering the lot is tricky. Daniel took care of us. He was pleasant and helpful. He looked at the car and immediately steered us toward a much less expensive option rather than a complete paint job, and I appreciated that. The total cost seemed reasonable so we went home and came back to drop off the car. The car was done a little more than 24 hours after drop off and Daniel called 10 minutes before he had said it would be finished. When we arrived, the car was outside the office and we gave it a once over. Daniel also came out and was with us as we gave the car a closer inspection. For the most part, it looked beautiful. However, my wife was a bit disappointed that certain areas didn't look better. To be fair, Daniel had explained beforehand that they would do the best they could, but that it wouldn't be blemish free. In my opinion, given Perfect Color's stellar reputation, I think that they did the best they could and no other shop could have done better. Therefore, I definitely recommend Perfect Color and would unhesitantly use them again. read more

Perfect Color offered the most reasonably priced, and quickly available replacement of the belt moldings which were cracking on my Honda Civic. And they were the only body shop I found open on Saturday. I got there at 8am and they were done within a hour. Jeff initially replied to my text quickly. Daniel visited with me while I waited and talked about some of the work they're doing. They are truly talented and hard working people at this place. We've tried other body shops but we're not going anywhere else than perfect color any more. Compared to other body shops I've tried, there are really easy to work with: they are trouble free and always go on the side of a job well done instead of cutting corners. And they give a fair price given the quality of their service. Last time we went there for my daughter's 2012 Elantra, they dealt with the other party's insurance (and these guys are a real pain) so that we did not have to, and they not only repaired the car from the damage of the accident but took extra time on them to fix a bunch of minor scratches, dents, and rust spots all around the car. I usually go to Fix Auto but I wanted to try a local body shop to see if it was worth trying. The positives: Jeff responded really fast to the yelp request and was very responsive throughout the process. I also thought they did a really great job replacing the fender liner. The car looks good as new!! The negatives: they have a terrible record keeping system. After I used zelle to send a security deposit for the body shop to order the part, I checked in about 1.5 weeks later but the first response from Jeff himself was "we never got the deposit, haven't ordered the part yet." Not good. I was instantly annoyed and referenced my zelle and conversation with him. Fortunately, Jeff was able to "find" my file or something and confirmed receiving the deposit and zelle and that the part was already ordered. Phew. Second issue was the final receipt. I noticed the price of the part went up by $6 since my original quote from the shop. Normally at a place like Fix Auto, they honor the original quote and don't upcharge for the price increase of the part. Sadly, they do upcharge here. Lastly, there were some issues with Zelle on Jeff's end so I had to sit and awkwardly wait until Jeff was able to figure out the Zelle. 3% extra charge if you use credit card All in all, the price was fair and quality of the work was excellent. But I don't experience these same headaches at a bigger body shop chain. Unfortunately I'll stick with Fix Auto in the future. read more
