I'd give Off the Charts Auto Detailing 4 out of 5 stars. Their pricing was very affordable, and they did a solid job overall. However, there were still a few stains they weren't able to remove, and the trunk wasn't detailed. I do wish they had let me know about those limitations before finishing the job. That said, I understand that some of the stains were old and this was a work vehicle, so I know not everything can be made perfect. If I could give no stars I would. I was drawn to this business because the pictures looked great and pricing was surprisingly affordable. But I learned as they say "you get what you pay for" We reached out to show all the residue left behind and the owner offered to come fix even though he wasn't too happy about it. After the visit to fix it, residue was still left behind. The car was left very oily and there were parts are in interior that was not even touched. Car detailing shouldn't look like a regular wash. I reached out to the owner who then wanted to come for a 3rd time. I refused as I felt it shouldn't take 3 visits as it is a waste of his time and ours. My car was dirty inside but if it would have been more money to clean it, I would have said yes instead of pay to get a half done job and having to pay someone else to finish the job they couldn't do. He did not want to refund me because he claims the job was done. I will not fight for a refund but hopefully his future customers do not receive the same poor service I was given. read more

$150 is not cheap for an exterior detail alone, especially when I was told the oxidation on my car could also be repaired. However, when I came back, the oxidation was still there, and I was told it couldn't be removed after all. Essentially, I paid extra for something that wasn't actually done. The exterior looks like it was washed with minimal effort. I was told the process would take 2-2.5 hours, but it was finished in about 1.5 hours, which suggests it was rushed. I even had to ask them to re-clean areas four different times because the job wasn't thorough. After taking payment, the owner walked inside and left someone else to finish cleaning the car. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of professionalism, especially after being hopeful this would turn out well. read more

So in all honesty the definition of you get what you pay for really comes in the play here. They are super nice, and they did a decent job cleaning up my car. My main issues is the whole reason I wanted this detail done in the first place was to get tree sap off my car and they said they would do it. When I went to pick it up. The tree sap was still there and I had to tell the main guy to take them off and show them where some spots were before I left. And unfortunately some of the leaves and stuff were still in the opening area right under you windshield wipers sit. So if your looking for a deep detail, I wouldn't recommend here. If you're just looking to get it mostly clean up. they honestly did pretty well. Just expect what you pay for. read more

I asked him to do exterior and interior cleaning, wheel cleaning, and some light buffing on some surface coat scratches I had. My car didn't have anything super out of the ordinary wrong with it, but there were some spots I had asked him to pay special attention to, such as my consoles, a bit of tree sap, where my dog had his nose on the window, and my visor which had a smudge of makeup on it. Created a project for another hand wash and hoping will finally find the one that I can keep coming back to. And that's exactly what Juan did. Not only Juan came on time, he was actually able to come earlier than I was hoping for! I requested just for the usual hand wash and hand towel dry. We got an exterior wash and ceramic coating for a very reasonable price. The work took about 5 hours and when we picked up the vehicle it was shining like new and silky smooth to the touch. The water beads off nicely when washing, and maintenance washes are much easier. The work is guaranteed for 5 years but I will be returning once per year until then for the decontamination treatment, which is also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. read more
