5 star service was provided to me from day one. I reserved a jump house about a month and a half prior to my event date. I received a confirmation email for my order. 2 or 3 days prior to my event I received a reminder email. Once I reviewed the reminder I decided I needed to add a few tables and chairs to my order so I gave them a call and they added to my order without a problem. Immediately after the addition I received another email confirming the change. Idk about you but I love the consistency.. Came on time to set up however tried to get me pay balance on cash when I confirmed over phone with supervisor to use my credit card as I had for the deposit. Set up dude had to call his boss to confirm. Also did not pick it up till the next afternoon when said would be back in morning. I sat home all Flippin day waiting for dude to come. Excellent experience. Contacted this company after a different one said they service my area for a $500 delivery fee. We live far from populated cities and was charged $40 which was totally worth it. Everything was perfect. We rented the jungle bounce house / water slide for our 5 and 7-year olds birthday party. He called a few days before to ask if he could set it up the night before our party. It was fine with us, so he did. The bouncy house/water slide was clean and worked as it was supposed to. The kids had a great time! He picked it up that evening after the party. My kids had an amazing time in the bouncy castle/waterslide! Unfortunately, even though I called the day before to confirm it would be ready by 12:30 like my receipt said, I got a call at 12:50 saying he would be late. He assured me that he would do whatever I wanted him to do to make it right. Our party guests arrived at 1:00 and there was no castle. By 1:30 they were bouncing. He handed me a couple coupons and a $20 bill as he was leaving. I told him I'd like him to do a little more than that, but he said he had already given me a discount (20%, which he gives everyone for booking on a Sunday). And that was it. He was very friendly and efficient, but $20 is not enough for me to recommend his service. Also, the part that the hose hooks up to so that the water sprinkles down the slide wasn't working. We dangled our hose which worked until it slipped down and cracked the birthday boy in the head. A little jenky, and my husband had to be the one to climb in and set it up. read more

(Old Review from August 2016, I thought it got posted) I booked this company back in May 2016 for 2 bounces houses for a fundraiser/car show we were having. Things were fine until he showed up to set them up well he says that he can't get one of them to blow up the generator is not working and asked if we had extension cords. This was at a park, he said he was just going to leave and we would handle the price/bill later. He left when it was not working. We called some local places to see if they happen to have a generator for rent we were not able to find one. One of our friends was able to get it to work however there were several holes and he patched it up with duct tape as a temp fix. In between then it was brought to my attention that the small bounce house of the 2 had Cheetos all over it mushy, wet and wrappers in it. It was gross!! Our friend went in and cleaned it out. When he came to pick up the bounce houses he was late I told him what happened and he didn't really seem to care at all. His only issue was someone took my electrical cord... Really!! So, as we let him know about the holes, food etc. he says he will only charge me $300 instead of $323. I was so pissed his attitude was so lala and lazy about everything like he just didn't care. Our friend went down to where he was to pay because if I did I would of went off. Well our friend comes back and says he wants $40.00 for his electrical cord really? No, one took them!!! So, I'm beyond pissed I walk up to him and handed him $340.00 for the houses and the electrical cord haha $40.00 whatever!!!! He had the nerve to say he didn't understand why I was upset. I told him that we had to fix the houses he left knowing the generator was not working and they were gross inside etc. and remember you asked us for extension cords.. read more

I had made a reservation and put down a deposit and then at the very last minute, day before the event, the man calls to tell me that he doesn't have the generator needed to run the house. This was the worst ever! First he called and said he couldn't be at time scheduled. Then got here and set up. Not friendly. Didn't say anything. Told him what time to pick up, and he left. I walked by bounce house, looked inside. It was filthy. I, a 61 year old woman, climbed in and started to clean. Then said this is unacceptable. Called and told him to come back and clean. I didn't even let kids get in. He came back. Crawled in and began to swipe at floor stand up, using a filthy towel! Squirted something on a few of the tubes a couple of times left. Girls said it's not bounce enough. Realized there was 2 holes on the side. I taped it up. No sand bags to anchor. He said just push it up when it slides. What?! He got there early to take down. I told him extremely unhappy. He said he wasn't feeling good. Are u freaking kidding me??? What kind if business is this. Do not rent from this place. I wont, EVER AGAIN. I rented a bounce house from Rent a Bounce House from El Dorado Ca. I called approximately 1 month prior to our 8 year old daughter's birtday party. I received a call from the company a day before the event and was notified that he was too busy to deliver the bounce house on the day of the party. He then asked if he could deliver it to us the day before the party and instructed us that we would have to set it up ourselves. He later contacted us and spoke to my husband. My husband requested him to deliver it to our home, which was a couple of blocks from the lake where the event was being held. He refused and got beligerent. He then proceeded to call us liars because we were not located in Placerville, even though the address is indeed in Placerville. He then stated that he should have charged us fifty dollars for a set up fee rather than the twenty five dollars he already charged us. The man then said he was refunding us our money and hung up on my husband. What a nightmare.! My daughter was devastated and in tears. I then had to scramble to find another bounce house for the next day. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I planned this party for over two months and was counting on this bouce house for the kids. I think the company was overbooked and had no intention of delivering the bounce house to us.
