He checked in with the city due to a easement on my property and got me the details of how it would/could impact the location of the fencing. They are extremely busy, so we had to wait about 5 weeks from estimate to install, but I would do it over again after seeing the results. The crew that came out to install the fence were courteous and very tolerant when it came to having a 2 year old and 4 year old watching them nearly the entire time. The finished result couldn't have been better. They put the fence exactly where I flagged it out. The materials look great and all the lines ended up very straight. I really can't find a thing they could have done better. If you need fencing American Fence Company is the way to go, and they were definitely worth the wait.

Horrible owner yelled at me because he temporarily set gates at ground level in freezing weather so…read moreI could not open nor close gates, he came to chip away and when I came out (because they NEVER had the courtesy to knock nor make appointments as requested) is when he yelled "this is the only time we will do this" so much went wrong with this job. From them putting in defective/broken parts, to putting the gates in backwards and at the wrong height, all the fence parts scratched from them tossing them on the ground not neatly stacking. Installers, one old guy one young guy were not experienced and were rude, old guy peeing in my yard knowing I had a small dog. I paid $8,000 for 164' of vinyl fence, so I had every right to speak up when they installed three broken posts. The old guy just wanted to "fix" them, that couldn't be done. Then they get rude because I'm advocating for myself. I see many others had bad experiences with this company as well. As time has gone on I find more and more things wrong, like in the photo the panels not being cut to fit and now gapping. I'm thinking of having their company sign made to hang with a line through it! Why can't people just do the right thing?

We said we wanted it exactly like the previous one they installed. After waiting several months the fence came in. The installer came out to put the fence in. After he had been working on the install for a while. My husband went to see how it was going. At that time he noticed it was not the same fence. After a very heated conversation with the owner. We discovered that they just were not going to give us back our money and they would not reorder the correct fence. So the owners informed us that we paid for the product not the install. We said fine. Do not finish the fence install we don't like it. At that point he said okay. My men are going to remove the fence. Wait you said we paid for the product and you are unwilling to refund our money. As I see it the product is ours. We kept the fence and his installer picked up his tools. It was a very stressful experience. Now we have a fence we don't want and partially installed. We still want the fence to match the other one. FYI The fenced we ordered was Iron and we received an aluminum fence.

I felt so bad as it was cold and pouring rain doing our install He left us feeling empowered to trust the training and within a day, Henry got it! We have a double lot on a pretty steep hill, going with Dog Watch was definitely the most economical option for Henry to have the ability to run and play in our yard without worrying that he will escape and get hit by a car.
