The guy who pretended to be the " manager " refused to believe that thier staff acted unprofessionally... by acting unprofessionally.. go figure =? The machine we reserved was not in working order when we got it, and it broke down several times during event. The staff did not follow instructions as we asked with communcations and was very snippy when corrected. It just seems like the place was not very organized... The guys who claimed to be the "manager" was rude and unprofessional. He refused to allow me to talk to the real manager. I would NOT reccomend this business for anything. The two stars go to the gentleman who was actually running the bull and got it working with our maintence equipment... Super nice, had fun with kids, He was AMAZING!! I'd give him 4 stars but the business itself dont deserve it.

The space was fully set up ahead of time, and once the party was over, everything was cleaned up for us. All we had to do was show up with the food. Plates, napkins, plasticware, and decorations were all included, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Jeni, the owner, was incredible. Not only did she handle all the setup and cleanup, but she was so involved throughout the entire party. She kept the kids engaged by running games like limbo, acted as the DJ playing fun, kid-friendly music, helped serve food and drinks, and even managed the piñata. She was so friendly, helpful, and energetic--the kids absolutely loved interacting with her. We also had so many parents come up to us during and after the party to say how great the venue was and how wonderful everything turned out.
