I did agree. He then punched out a circle on the disposal in about 3 seconds, told me that If I had read the instructions, I would have known that sometimes you have to do that. I had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling so I contacted Mr appliance to have them come take…read morea look at it. First the good, they were able to come out the same day. She initially told me that if I use their service, the $119 service call would come off the top of their bill. I thought that was fair so I had them come on out. Now the bad: the gentleman came out and opened the freezer and push the button to turn the light off which also turns the fan on. He said the fan was the problem and it would need to be replaced. Told me the job would cost about $600 and he wasn't sure if that was the only issue. He never checked the fan motor with any tool to see if that was the problem. I then put the refrigerator in diagnostic mold and showed him the fan motor actually did run. But he said that was only on high speed and would not run on low speed. Furthermore he never checked any other item to confirm that the fan motor was the only problem. There was also a little bit of a language barrier as he had a bit of broken English, but we got by that. The end result was I did not feel comfortable with his decision about the fan motor being the only problem. I did however order a fan motor on my own and replaced it myself (just in case his diagnosis was correct) and it took about 45 minutes to do so. It was a very easy fix and why it would have taken him so much longer to do it I have no idea. I will update this post in about a week or so to let everyone know if his diagnosis was correct or not. I don't want to cast any disparaging remarks on a company if it's not accurate. I felt like he was trying to talk me out of having the work done and was just trying to get his $119 service charge. Which now I feel like I was basically cheated out of.

We had to find him once we found a bedroom set we were interested in then I told him that we would be needing a new mattress too because we were sizing up with this purchase and he didn't even try to sell us one of theirs. The first delivery date they had was 3 weeks out, so my husband made sure he was home that day. Delivery day came and the headboard was broken. They still set up the bed so we had something for now and set a delivery date for the replacement for the following week. Once again, my husband arranged to be off in the middle of the week. They brought the new one and it was, once again, busted. A new date was set then they called to say they were coming the day before instead but my husband already had the original day off. I happened to be home today with a sick kid so he didn't take another day but they came after their delivery window, so he was home when they got to our house with another broken headboard. So far, the original is in the best shape of the 3. All Tyler has offered as compensation is $100 which covers the delivery charge but doesn't come anywhere near the income opportunity lost by my husband, who is full commission and very good at what he does, for taking off 3 days dealing with this.
