The quality of the products they delivered were top notch and were greatly enjoyed by kids ages 5-13 and adults! The only thing I would change is next time I will ask if they can leave a few extra hacky sack style balls with us. We did have a couple break during our event and had to improvise, but it was no big deal! I will definitely use Fun Bounces Rental again and highly recommend them to anyone planning an event! On Friday night she went into her garage to pull out the water slide she has owned for a few years and realized it had somehow gotten ripped. My granddaughter was devastated. I called a bunch of different places and could not find a waterslide on such short notice. I called Fun Bounces Rentals and Mayra could not have been more helpful. She was SO NICE. On Saturday morning a MASSIVE beautiful waterslide was delivered to my daughters house and my granddaughter was THRILLED!! The delivery people were super nice. Not only were their prices were great but they didn't make you jump through all these hoops and sign multiple waivers. We had the bounce house near a tree and we heard other companies say things like "have to be 10 ft clearance from tree" or can't go on concrete. We put the bounce house on are driveway, we did support it with tarps and cheap blankets and it worked great and these guys didn't have any issues they are very accommodating. FYI, the hot dog warmer was a big success. Great meal for the picky kids! great snack for the adults, nothing to worry about just put some water at the bottom and turn it on. It was great!
