I needed a saw pole and they were great at showing me how to start it, fuel it, etc. I rented it for a day. I am convinced someone didn't put the chain on right because it took forever to cut various branches, and after an hour or so, the chain came loose. You can't open the chainsaw without the exact tool; after trying with various wrenches and socket wrenches, I called ABC and they said to bring it on back. They fixed it up for me, loaned me the opening tool in case the chain came off, and I went back and this time the tool cut through branches like butter. As I mentioned, their customer service is great and they're quite friendly and aim to please. The prices are reasonable for a tool rental. It's good to know about this tool rental space so close to home. Would come back.
