You pay a percentage up front, then pay the rest about a day before your pick-up/delivery. They recently moved locations and are on Zionsville Road now. There are signs for the pick-up door, and you just pull your car up front and someone will come load it for you. Super easy and quick. I'll definitely be coming back for future party supplies!

The week of the event, we reached out to make payment, and they informed us that they no longer could accommodate our event and needs, apparently the Monday and Tuesday events got really hectic. No prior communication, just straight out sorry we can't help you. We overbooked ourselves. Would not recommend this company as we are now scrambling to cover our event needs.
