Went here for the first time to have some delicate Indian outfits dry cleaned and they came out absolutely perfect. Beautiful ironed and had a nice smelling scent to them as well. The clothes were ready on time and were nicely hung for pick up. Felt great to find and support a local, family owned business! The owner informed me he's been in this location for over 50 years. RIP off. Charged $3.50 a shirt. $34 for a 2 piece suit. Shirts had wrinkles. Suit smelled like it wasn't washed and had a lot of lint. Really wish I could do negative stars. My mum and I have been coming here for at least 4 years now, and we have always been more than pleased with quality of work and the value! And the customer service is impeccable! The best cleaners I've gone to! I really enjoy the service the gentleman gives as well as the value and reliability. I have taken my work clothes and a wool coat I've had since 2008 (yes it's still in great shape ) and he has done an impeccable job with every piece. I've had the worst experience at other places to the point where they even switched my buttons for old ones they had. I do not do reviews on Yelp, although I probably should. I am doing this review because I have just received one of the best service experiences in my life. I am from out of state and came into town for work and a wedding. I had forgotten what a poor job my dry cleaners in TX had done on my suit, it wad a wrinkled mess. My new friend, Mr Amin assured me he would take care of me and he absolutely overdelivered on his promise. Please use this business for your dry cleaning needs, you will not be disappointed. To those of you that posted poor reviews regarding his opening late or being slow - my guess is you have never owned your own business or been in the service business. I have been coming here for over 25 years, and the service and end results are always excellent. Most recently, they were able to get yellow curry sauce out of a sweater! Very unusual! And the pricing is always fair. Last but not least, the parking is easy. I highly recommend these two fine gentlemen, and if you've never been here now would be a good time to come. Besides the after-effects of the Covid shutdown, they now may face a significant rent increase from the landowner (Fred Meyer). Let's keep this business alive - they are worth it! read more

This is the only place locally I trust. The owner is wonderful and friendly. He even carries my items to my car! If anything is ever a little off, ie a hem comes out or the color is running, he calls and lets me know what's happening and his plan to fix it. Very communicative and reliable. Do you want to know why these guys are the only dry cleaner in Renton out there with 35+ reviews and 4.5 stars? It's because they actually care. My fiance dropped off 12 shirts for me with these guys and they had them ready in about 3-4 days. When we stopped by to pick them up I parked outside and my fiance insisted she would just run in to save time because we were late for a couple of other errands. Not only did the owner ask her how her day was going and genuinely care...but when she went to grab the 12 shirts he said "no, please let me get those for you". Then he proceeded to walk them out to the care and hang them on the dry cleaning hook inside the car while my fiance walked out beside him. Where do you get service like that anymore? Well you don't. That is why these guys are amazing and have won my business forever. To top that off the 12 shirts was only like $35. These guys simply rock. I have been wearing suits and using dry cleaners for over 20 years. I've lived all over the country and have had the privilege of using some great cleaners and the displeasure of using some not so great cleaners. I can't say enough about Renton Cleaning Center's fantastic service. They do a great job and always remember the little things you prefer. Want your French cuffs pressed? Ask for it once and it's done every time. They always remember you and what you have in their care. I really am amazed at how they know, without looking it up. The owner and his son both remember your name from the first time you come in. They're very friendly and accommodating to whatever it is you need. And if they can't get the stain out or job done, I'm willing to bet nobody can! Look no further. I moved South and now drive an extra 15-20 mins because they're THAT good! read more

The best in my area... I went to another dry cleaner close to my house, but was NOT happy with their "work". This place, though, has excellent service, friendly staff, and does a great job without punching holes to leave tags on your clothing. I'm much happier driving here an extra 5-10 minutes just to have them dry clean my clothing, since they're great at what they do! read more

Needed to get my suit dry cleaned, so I searched for a place near my work because I thought it would be easiest to drop it off on my lunch break. I discovered Renton Cleaning Center in my search and am super pleased I did! The gentleman who assisted me - he was there during both drop-off and pick-up - was extremely friendly. I told him that the slacks of the suit had been sitting on a shelf near a window and had somehow gotten a bit of mildew on them. He told me that he was pretty sure it would come out with no problem. When I picked up my suit, he remembered me with a smile. He told me he was confident all the mildew had come off of the slacks and that it had been no trouble at all. When I got my suit home and took it out of the plastic, it looked great. He was right - all the mildew had come off and the slacks were as good as new. They did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable (about $14). I would definitely come here again and I highly recommend it! read more

Our son Travis recently relocated to the Renton area. We were looking for a place to get his shirts and slacks dry cleaned. The Renton Cleaning Center was FANTASTIC! The service, follow up, and quality of work shined!! The Owner was a Rock Star...he gave us advice about the area, he personally helped my wife load and unload the cleaning, and most importantly in this fast paced, depersonalized society he greeted my by saying "Hello Debbie" after only meeting her one time. This place is STELLAR for customer service, skill in alternations and fast service!! I had to get a suit altered and the owner, who is one of the sweetest person you'll ever meet was able to get it done within the time frame I needed (I had an interview coming up and needed it ASAP). Sure enough, he had it pressed and ready to go as promised. The work was well done and PERFECT! I couldn't be happier!! This guy is the worst. I have him a winter coat to clean.... he never called me. Went back 6 months later cause I never got a call said where is my coat he swore up and down that he called me a million times and couldn't get ahold of me. Also swore he didn't have it multiple times. Said he checked everywhere it could have been. My number hasn't changed since I was 16!!!! Funny thing, as I was walking out after I threatened to post bad reviews (which I'm still doing) he magically finds my coat..... it's not been cleaned at all. I would stay away from this guy. I went here for the first time yesterday and was so pleased with the experience. I brought in some of my husbands shirts and had my daughter with me in her car seat. I had left our comforter in the car and said I would be right back with it but the gentleman working offered to get it out of my car for me. I was so thankful. Without even picking up our first drop off I know we'll be back. It's not often people go out of their way like that and I really appreciated his kindness. Picked up my things yesterday and was once again blown away by the owners kindness. He carried everything out to my car for me since I had my hands full with my 8 month old. He hung up the shirts in my car and told me about his grand babies and asked questions about my daughter. Such a sweet man. read more

The hubby had dropped off his work shirts and a couple of pants and everything came back cleaned as ordered with no problems and on time. What impressed us was the friendly salesperson at the counter. He was very nice, made eye contact, smiled, asked about our day and was genuinely interested and even made suggestions as to where to go for lunch when the conversation had progressed; all the while not feeling pushy or contrived at one bit. He was a really nice guy. Because if that we make the trip out to see him and give him our business even though there are other much closer cleaners nearby. I've only been here twice, dropping off and then picking up some clothes that got mysterious oil type stains on them (which he was able to get out!). The gentleman that runs this place is incredibly warm, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. He even helped me carry my clothes out to my car because I had my crazy toddler with me. The guy here is very slow. One time he couldn't find my clothes and I had to come back. Another time I waited 5 mins and no one came out to help me and I found him sleeping in the back room next to the laundry machine.... Often forgets things and made a hassle when I only brought in 3 or so things every week and was picky about my clothes (like people should be when dealing with expensive suits) that it got to the point where he said please go to another dry cleaner.... like what fantastic customer service. read more

Sign clearly states he opens at 9am. I arrived at 9:15...no one there. Ok no big deal, so I swung by later about 11am. As he was checking in the stuff I brought in I asked him...without sarcasm "so I came by at 9am, have your hours changed?" He got very upset and started railing on me about some bs, he has been here 40 years, traffic was bad, he cant always be here on time, he works hard etc. I mean this old man was visably, shaking upset that I dare asked for clarification about his hours. I mean he became unhinged, bitching a full 3 minutes unhinged. Uh, so yeah, I took my stuff somewhere else. The End. Good luck ya grumpy old fart. My sister brought her wedding dress here and she told me the owner was such a nice person, genuinely. Service was done without a problem, and the owner went out of his way to help her out to the car. I think that was beyond necessary! But, that was a great assurance that I should definitely bring my dry cleaning there. She was not lying!
