I used this cleaners through the Hyatt laundry service during my stay in Seattle and when I received my laundry back one item was missing. I outreached to them by calling more than 5 times until someone finally answered. When I told them an item was missing they told me it was nothing they could do because my receipt listed only 5 items instead of six. Even if the list was itemized incorrectly I should still get all my items back!! They then told me to follow up with my hotel. This to me is not only poor customer service but theft!! read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Dropped off 10/04, told verbally they would absolutely be completed by 10/09. Had to wait until 10/11 to pick them up due to their weekday hours. They had lost one item, failed to repair OR dry clean another as asked. At least 5 people got involved in trying to locate my lost item, to the point where one employee kept shoving random items at me asking if and/or it was the correct one. We went home with 11/13 items. Received a call on 10/15 that the unfixed item wasn't completed yet and would be done that day, and they had no idea where my other item was. I informed them I would pick them both up the next day, 10/16, and insisted they needed to find my lost item. On 10/16, we arrived to pick up the remaining two items, which now arriving home, have both not dry cleaned at all. The broken item is fixed, but with oversized hardware that looks insane. All of this to say, do not bring your things here. There's dozens of other dry cleaners in the area, pick one of those. read more

I would never have gone with their doing my laundry had I known the price was $42!!! So, no, I will not pay that again. I will go to the laundromat myself. She claimed my laundry smelled like poop. I had bladder cancer 4 years ago which left me dealing with some incontinence. I never have problems with doing my laundry or residual odors. She presumed I had animals, I do not, thus the odor. I can do a lot of laundry for $42, so no, will not use them again. read more

Let me start by saying they are extremely cheap compared to some other places I've used so I wasn't expecting total perfection at every visit. They are super nice people and I've only had one casualty so far- some fragile tassels had come off a romper during service but not really a big deal. I gotta go with one star on this one partially due to the way I do business. With cleaners I usually dont save the ticket and once in a while leave my stuff over 30 days. I got berated for it once. Then, I lost two packages through them due to this. One, a group of shirts, the other a suit and jacket. Partially me? OK. But, not going there again. If you do, obey the rules strictly. After three years, I finally got around to taking in my wedding dress to get cleaned and not only did they remove each and every stain, I think they only charged about 30 bucks!
