Don't even get me started on their idiotic parking lot and the drivers that park there. None of these customers have any right to even have a drivers licenses. Everybody is arrogant and entitled. went into family dollar in bath maine today to do some Christmas shopping for our 9 grandchildren…read more there were signs posted all along the toy section that said toys $5.00 and more are buy 1 and get 50% off the second one. we put a LOT of toys in that cart. we went to check out and all of the toys were ringing up full price. when I mentioned it to the cashier (Erin) her name tag said, she very loud and extremely rudely told me that the sale for the toys was last week. so I told her that sale price was tagged all along the toy isle. she told me I was a liar and I told her to go look at the shelf tags. she refused. she told me " customers like you are stupid". so I told her merry Christmas and I left my cart at the check out and left. that line was so long and I was so embarrassed. when I got home I called to speak with someone about the whole thing and (Erin) was the one who answered the phone and she refused to let me speak with anyone else when I told her I wanted to speak to someone about (ERIN), she said that " this is erin" and " tough shit for you, you ain't talking to anyone else". let me tell you that I will NEVER go into that store again and they lost about $200.00 from us today and anything I would have spent in the future. We called to check on the bell and first were told the girl who could work on it didn't come in until 10 one morning and they would call us with an update. I'm sure there was some confusion with myself calling and my husband being the person they called back however, after we called to check again on the bell, we were told that they engraved it, didn't like how it came out, buffed it, and would be re-engraving it. Once again, when we called to check on it, we were told that the girl that did engraving didn't work on Mondays. Then, next thing we know, they are telling us they can no longer engrave it. I understand that unpredictable situations occur and perhaps my perception of the experience is a bit different, but we were told they could do something and then after apparently doing work, could no longer perform the service requested. It just felt a bit off... everyone was friendly when we would call so nothing against the employees, just ended up being a situation that set us back on this project (a gift) a few weeks longer than we would have liked and just seemed like we were being given false information.

Looking at the paperwork for the rings all four papers were exactly the same wording with the appraisal price typed in. The rings were four completely different rings. There was no description of any of the rings beside size. I got them reappraised by two other places after, with them coming out higher than purchased price, and the two other places matched each other. My point.... Don't spend the money to appraise them there and don't believe them especially if you want to sell them to them!

No big deal compared to the problems we had with the chair as reported in another review. I suggest having them replace stuff if you have the same problem. Also beware of buying off the floor as their warranty policy is murky.

Comfortable, super well made and VERY stylish. The staff is very helpful and such a pleasure to work with. They told me I could leave this furniture outside 12 months a year. It seemed too good to be true so I've been checking for weakness or fading with age. NOPE.... Good as new. Love the furniture, love the store.
