As you can imagine food & beverage are not allowed from outside the park. Staff check bags upon entry. Food & beverage are NOT cheap (why I gave 4 stars), but they have a lot to offer for a smaller park. We ate before we went so stuck with beverages & Dippin' Dots only. Oh, my son got fried pickles & they were REALLY good!! They have a few activities for children; bounce house & the back lawn to run around. PLEASE be careful on the lawn- one child was hit in the face with a ball hit hot off of a bat when we were there. There is no net to stop them from getting out there. My husband saw him in a wheelchair going to medical. Yikes, I hope he's going to be OK!!! A fun night, good music & a win for the Stipers. Some of the food tents on the upper level were a little cramped with people waiting in lines, so we preferred strolling around amongst the vendors on the field itself. Cool venue for an event like this. Lots of places to sit, clean bathrooms, parts covered in shade. Would definitely come back.

It feels like they are almost always very dirty, out of soap or toilet paper, and just feel incredibly aged. This is the one thing that keeps this park from being 5 stars. This is another park I really do like in the Gwinnett County park chain. Located pretty hidden from…read morethe main roads on Collins Hill Park, this park is pretty close to Collins Hill High School so you'll occasionally see the high school students playing basketball (yes they do have a basketball court) or do some training. This park is huge, and it has a lot of facilities, including a basketball court and a semi-beautiful lake/creek you can look at while you're taking a jog/walk. What I really like about this park is that it has a trail that's really similar to a hike; it's not paved roads and it's kind of in the backyard-ish area, so you'll see inclines and it really feels similar to a hike. Every time I record a jog, I see that one full lap around the entire trail is 1.4 miles, so it's a pretty great place to work out. I come here with my mom pretty frequently to get jogs when I'm getting tired of Rock Springs Park (another great park), but this is another great 5-star hidden gem park that's worth checking out!
