The place was professional, clean, and well-organized. The artists may look a little artsy, but they are very interested in providing the best service and experience you can imagine.

I responded with my availability and asked when he could get an idea of a design so that I could make sure we were on the same page. He responded with "Sorry I'm no longer interested". I was pretty bummed... I got the tattoo somewhere else, and recently was looking for another artist to add to it and make it a full sleeve. I contacted a couple of artists and included Levi, because I really did love the samples of his work that I saw. Again he said he was interested and essentially said that there was no need for a consultation, just book a date and he would draw something right there. I again gave him a week that would work for me and asked if it was possible to meet for a few minutes or talk over the phone about some design questions/ideas. Again he responded with "Sorry, I'm no longer interested". I found this very unprofessional and frustrating. I guess if you can get in with him and don't mind not having any input over the design that will be on your skin forever, he might do a great job. Or any questions about size, placement, expected number of sessions, etc...

Be patient when you reach out to them. They are sought after and busy but they will get back to you. Be thorough in your email so they can give you an informed response. The gallery has a great vibe. They were no other customers anywhere in the shop, but it took 30-40 min after our appointment time to even get us in the room. They also charge 3.75% fee for using debit and credit cards that we weren't informed of. There was no mention of it when the deposit was paid with a card. Cadz was our artist. Avoid! The other locations have poor reviews too, this company stinks!

I had Hannah doing my tattoos and her fine line work is amazing, my tattoos were both fine line and turned out perfect, and when I felt like I was going to faint Hannah offered me a break, a sugar pill, and some water to gather myself again and it worked. I received confirmation and took off work. When I showed up I was told "sorry I have another client, I didn't confirm your appointment". You can see in the added photo that is not true. I strongly recommend setting up a better scheduling system. Update: Lisa called apologized and offered a discounted rate for the same day.
