They lost parts to my phone while fixing back glass and they ruined the camera. They refused to take responsibility for them breaking the camera. They wanted me to pay for the other parts they needed to "replace" I refused to give them any more money than what I originally paid for the back glass. It was not my fault they lost or damaged other parts of the phone while replacing the back glass. I would not recommend getting your phone fixed here. The only thing they are good for is selling phone cases. They should not fix phones.

Not wanting to spend $150 at the Apple store, I asked at EZ Fix if they could replace the screen. No problem, the employee said, it would cost half of Apple's fee, but I would have to leave it overnight because the part wasn't in the store. What she neglected to tell me was that the Home button on the iPhone 7 is tied to the screen. If you don't get an official Apple screen replacement, your Home button won't work. Try using your iPhone without the Home button. It's hell. What's worse, when I then took it to the Apple store in desperation, they refused to work on it because I had a non-sanctioned screen replacement.
