The man working the counter was extremely professional and really nice. He said he'd change the screen in ten minutes. I didn't believe it. I dropped my phone off and by the time I ordered my Cinnabon and devoured it my phone was finished! He gave me a free screen protector as well. What pushed me to write this review is that my phone had another issue with it. I had a little yellow area in it that showed up about two hours after I left. I showed him and he immediately had my phone apart and found when I broke the phone an inside piece moved slightly to push against the screen. He offered to give me a new screen, but the yellow spot went away within 20 seconds. He recleaned my cases and the iPhone and did a push check on the entire screen: no yellow. I was there for about 4 minutes the second time. Very nice guy, fair prices, definitely recommend this place.

Not wanting to spend $150 at the Apple store, I asked at EZ Fix if they could replace the screen. No problem, the employee said, it would cost half of Apple's fee, but I would have to leave it overnight because the part wasn't in the store. What she neglected to tell me was that the Home button on the iPhone 7 is tied to the screen. If you don't get an official Apple screen replacement, your Home button won't work. Try using your iPhone without the Home button. It's hell. What's worse, when I then took it to the Apple store in desperation, they refused to work on it because I had a non-sanctioned screen replacement.
