I've worked at many barcades. At the VERY least, have quarters, but if you want to be a successful business with repeat customers who love your place, be a human being and do a cover charge like any great arcade. On the big train my husband had a medical emergency and your staff was wonderful. We were taken back to the station as quickly as possible and met by medical staff and the EMT's. Thankfully after being checked out he was ok! We were able to enjoy the day at a little slower pace but everyone was very kind and wished our grandson a happy birthday and even had a fun song for him. I would like to give a special shout out to Addison aka Skilket on our train car and Amber the medic. They were both very attentive and kind! Everyone was great!
