He answered my e-mails promptly, and was available within a week of contacting him. He showed up on time, and was very professional. I'm not sure how much a piano tune normally is, not my thing, but his price seemed beyond fair. He was here two and a half hours, ended up needing to tune the piano twice, and it was still under $100. He obviously cares about his work. He's a quiet guy, which I prefer. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and would absolutely recommend to somebody in need of a tuning.
