Ridgeview's experience with Tech Dump could not be improved upon. From the first few phone calls we made years ago to set up a test recycling effort to the day we collected over 15 pallets of household items from our employees they were ready for any request we had. The company obviously has good management combined with reliable equipment and record keeping compute power along with plenty of employees who are also helpful in every way. We have been so happy that we have not looked elsewhere for any company that could better meet our needs and we have said no to several people trying to pry us away from Tech Dump. Friendly, courteous staff eagerly greeted me and helped me bring in my load. My husband had amassed probably 50+ pounds of assorted electronics equipment, cables, computers, etc., so I appreciated the staff assistance. It was great to be able to clear out so much stuff from the house without tossing it in the garbage or taking it to a dump that doesn't recycle the components. I felt like I was making a difference in people's lives, too, by supporting this organization that helps people learn work skills and get their lives back on track. Recently, I brought to Tech Dump some unused electronics and was very satisfied with the prompt service and friendly staff. It feels good to know the products will be recycled and not land filled, but even more important is the opportunity that Tech Dump is providing to many who need a second chance. This is the 2nd Tech Dump event I have done in 13 months and it has been a great experience for our Girl Scout Troop. We feel the event we did last month was also more organized and made it a great fund raiser with no stress! I just dropped off a combined cuisinart coffee maker and keurig. The employee at Electronics Recycling was very friendly and had no problem with taking the combination coffee maker and keurig. In the future, if I have another electrical appliance to donate, I will certainly utilize Electronics Recycling again. read more

Tech Dump did a Earth Day style electronic recycle day at my office this year. Everyone I worked with there has been great!
