So I bought a groupon for this company with intentions of having some junk removed from my garage. I called the company and set up an appointment for a week out. I was told by a guy named John who claimed to be the manager that they would be at my home on a Saturday morning at 11am. That Saturday came and they never showed. I waited around for them and never even received a phone call. So I called them and John told me they were busy and would come the next day at 11 am. Sunday came and went and I never heard from the company. I called and left messages but I never heard back. I called groupon and advised them of the no call no show from the company and asked to have my money returned. Instead of putting my money back into my back account Groupon gave me "Groupon Bucks." On the following Monday I called the company and spoke with John and told him how disappointed I was. He said, " I'm sorry we get busy sometimes. Some jobs are bigger then others." I told him I understood that, but they could have called instead of standing me up for two days. I told John that I would leave a negative review of his company and he said whatever.

There are usually one or two huge front loaders pushing debris up the giant piles. I have yet to see the giant thrashing maws in the center working. I am sure it would be spectacular to see. The most a load has cost is $50, the lowest $40. This is for a Buick Enclave SUV, completely full. I got a flat tire once. I now check for nails and screws before backing in. This time I found a half dozen. Usually there aren't any.

Pull into a parking spot, they bring a large bin to the back of your vehicle, at that point all YOU have to do is toss your steel, copper and aluminum in separate bins. They weigh the bins, and you get paid. simple as that. If you can't unload your items yourself, bring a friend. They're already plenty busy. Using these services not only keeps waste out of the landfill, but also saves you a ton of money on disposal fees!

I don't rent very often and when I do it is usually a truck for moving. My first experience here was really easy, the truck was $39.99 + Tax and suited all my needs. There was some confusion over my method of payment, they authorize a card for $250 for deposit then you get charged after the rental is returned for whatever the cost is plus mileage, gas, etc. The $250 then gets put back on your card, well in my case they accidentally charged my card, luckily they were able to refund it and there was really no harm done. My second experience was just as easy, I asked for the same thing I had a month ago and there was no questions asked. Once I payed I notice the rate is suddenly $49.99 + Tax. There is no price listing I can find on the web site and when I asked about the change I was told they just moved their rates on the 1st of the month. Seemed a little fishy to me especially since it was May 1st and I was specific in asking for the same thing I just had less than 30 days ago. I would think at the time i was filling out paper work before actually renting the truck someone would have mentioned, "Hey, by the way our rates changed starting this month and it is different from your last rental". I didn't really feel valued as a customer who came back twice in a month to rent equipment and was a little upset I wasn't informed about the change in price. I guess I will stick to my normal process for renting when I need to...Cheapest Option Wins.
