WORST CLINIC ON EARTH. Extremely disappointing and traumatic IVF experience. I would give this doctor zero stars if I could. I went through two IVF cycles with this doctor, and both experiences were extremely upsetting. During my first egg retrieval, the doctor arrived about 1.5 hours late, and I had already ovulated by the time he arrived. The second retrieval was even worse. The anesthesia was not sufficient, and I woke up in the middle of the egg retrieval in excruciating pain. This was one of the most terrifying and painful medical experiences I have ever had. What happened afterward was almost as upsetting as the procedure itself. When I told the doctor how much pain I had experienced, instead of showing concern or taking my complaint seriously, he laughed and told me I was "too sensitive." Dr. Lin mocked me for being unable to tolerate the pain. Seriously? I PAID FOR ANESTHESIA. I was not complaining about a minor discomfort. I woke up during an invasive procedure and was in extreme pain. I expected the doctor to listen, acknowledge what happened, and take my concerns seriously. Instead, I felt mocked, humiliated, and completely dismissed. A doctor's experience does not excuse a lack of compassion or respect for a patient's suffering. When a patient wakes up during an invasive procedure in severe pain, the appropriate response is to take that pain seriously--not to laugh at the patient or suggest that they are simply "too sensitive." Patients deserve safe care, appropriate pain management, and to be treated with dignity and respect. After I told my family and friends what happened, every single one of them was shocked and told me I should consider taking legal action. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering IVF think very carefully before choosing this doctor. For me, trust, communication, proper pain management, and basic compassion are non-negotiable--and unfortunately, I did not feel that I received those things here. read more

This review is longgg overdue! We cannot thank RFC enough for helping us bring our precious miracle girl into our lives! She turns 9 months tomorrow and I cannot believe how fast time has flown by. I have PCOS and wouldn't ovulate on my own. I also had a partially blocked tube so we jumped straight into IVF rather than trying to see if IUI would work. We were pregnant on our 2nd transfer and over the moon. We appreciated being seen on time for our appointments and Dr Williams was our favorite to work with. He has great bedside manner and takes his time to explain things. We still have some embryos left and are looking forward to when we can transfer and hopefully grow our family. IVF is a very difficult journey but with the right team you will feel supported throughout the process. That's how I felt with RFC clinic; everyone was caring and ensured I had a positive experience. The clinic is very clean; as soon as you walk in, it feels like a spa. Very subtle colors and calming music. They offered free water and coffee while you are there. This facility is on the 9th floor inside of hoag hospital. Very easy to park and easy to navigate to the clinic. I worked with Dr. Lin and Paula Hagen and they were a very strong team. I was there. I watched the unresponsiveness, the lack of coordination, and the absence of true medical leadership firsthand. We weren't just emotionally drained--we were systematically neglected. Florrie, the billing manager, has been very supportive and has went above and beyond to address complicated billing/insurance issues with external lab providers (even by being available on 3-way calls with labs). I had such a good experience doing IVF here and highly recommend the clinic to those looking to do IVF. Dr. Lin was very knowledgeable and did not sugar coat things with me.... after 4 miscarriages he told me I would be a hard case, but was willing to take me on as a patient. I was 40 at the time and had a successful round of IVF. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and hoping everything turns out well. The clinic is very organized. Parking is tough so I recommend getting there early to find a spot. I would have given them 5 starts had it not been for their acupuncturist quitting during my sessions. Paula the coordinator was also very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I was blessed to have insurance to be able to cover the treatment, but not everything is covered so I would just double check any procedures to make sure you know what you're paying out of pocket. read more

I don't even know where to begin with how awful my experience has been with Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC). If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic is all about money--not care, not compassion, not outcomes. Dr. Lin, the lead doctor, barely made any appearances during my year-long treatment. I constantly had to ask when I would even see him. Instead, most appointments were handled by an ultrasound tech who, no offense to her, was clearly still learning. I was shocked when Dr. Lin was literally instructing her on how to read my scans while performing them on me--and then left her on her own from there on out. If my insurance is paying for top-tier care, I expect to be treated by a doctor, not used as training material. The clinic's coordinators were just as bad. My coordinator, Christie Sieve, was impossible to get a response from. I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information. When there were delays or confusion with my protocol, she never reached out--not even once. I eventually had to escalate, only to find the clinic manager, Fawn Lee, was equally unresponsive. There were no apologies, no accountability, no urgency. Just silence. One of the most shocking parts: their surgery center is not covered by insurance--even though they told me the CPT code for my procedure was covered under my plan. I have both Progyny and a top-tier PPO through BCBS, and they still tried to charge me $4,000 out of pocket. I later realized they run the surgery center under a different LLC, which seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid insurance claims. That's not just unethical--it's predatory. Despite 12 fertilized eggs, only 2 embryos were viable. We never even got to the transfer stage. They kept changing my protocols, giving me medications (estrogen, progesterone, etc.) without adjusting for how poorly my body responded--even after a doctor acknowledged this. My uterine lining never "met their criteria," though it was 7.9mm at one point and they still canceled the transfer. Ironically, my lining was 11.5mm during egg retrieval at the start, before all the unnecessary protocol changes. In the end, the best decision we made was to transfer our embryos to another clinic. Our new doctor is everything RFC isn't--thorough, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. At RFC, we felt like nothing more than a credit card swipe. The emotional toll this clinic took on us is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. If you're considering RFC, I strongly urge you to do your research, interview your doctors, and find a clinic where you'll be treated like a human being. Dr. Williams was the only bright spot--he wasn't even my doctor, but he at least tried to offer explanations. Sadly, that's the bare minimum, and it's far from enough. Avoid this place if you value transparency, compassion, or competent medical care. read more

First, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Florrie. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail have made a significant difference in my experience at RFC. She is most amazing finance/insurance expert I've ever met. As everyone is aware, engaging with medical insurance companies throughout IVF cycles can be extremely challenging and confusing. From prior-authorization, to process approvals and after treatment billing matters, there are so many nuances that a patient like me would never imagine. Ever since Florrie stepped in to help with my case, not only did she take the time to explain everything in detail, but she also ensured that my insurance was processed correctly and that any discrepancies were resolved quickly. Florrie knows so well how to best deal with different insurance companies and what is the most effective approach towards issues that come up. She is truly an asset to the clinic and her patients! We started our fertility journey with RFC for our first child in May 2021. I am now 27 weeks pregnant with our second child. For background, I have an extremely low AMH level (at 38 it was the level of a 43/44 year old) plus endometriomas (aka chocolate cysts) on BOTH ovaries which are large (seriously...they dwarf the ovary). So we were fighting a serious uphill battle in egg quantity and quality. We followed the recommendations of Dr. Park and later Dr. Nasab and the results have been incredible. Of course, there have been challenges and not everything has gone perfectly. But if you look at the statistics for my situation, we had very low odds to begin with so it's not surprising that there were setbacks. What is surprising is the amount of success we have had. We have an amazing 22 month old daughter with another girl joining the family in March. Both pregnancies have been healthy and smooth. Everyone at RFC is amazing. Even the staff care about you and rejoice when you have success. With this most recent treatment, Dr. Nasab was amazing. She really cares and takes the time to not only explain her recommendations but also ensures your questions are answered. Everyone's fertility journey is different, but in all cases it is challenging, emotional and expensive. So it's important to have a great team in your corner. RFC was amazing. Please do not go to this office if you have endometriosis. Dr. Lin makes a lot of positive promises and although I understand that IVF is unsuccessful at times I was never counseled on the negative effects of endometriosis on IVF. My AMH is 3 and Dr. Lin retrieved 13 eggs in excitement. I later found out that is a low amount for an AMH of 3. In the end all of my embryos were abnormal I received this notification from an email from Christie, my coordinator, basically copy and pasting the results. Dr. Lin said I could try again and I was basically ghosted by the clinic after this. Only getting responses when I reached out. I went to a endometriosis specialist and she explained how it can impact egg quality. I wanted to like this clinic but all in all, I think they are in it for the money. read more

Irvine or Alhambra location this place is joke from the head to toe. Dr Nasab or dr Lin never discussed my issues about PCOS. Dr Nasab remotely the voice of the app was terrible and I was barely able to hear. She told me I don't have enough AHM egg reserve and it is very low and success rate for IUI would be low so it is better to do IVF. She again asked me whether am still with my partner. I said no, she advised me once am in stable relationship I can come back again to the clinic. With my partner they never discussed his semen analysis report. We tried since December to call Abby but she never answered our calls. Since September they never uploaded my test results or documents on my portal. Dr Lin and his team have been the best thing that has happened for me and my husband. We have struggled with fertility issues for years now (on my end). After about 2 years of not having a menstrual cycle and trying (as much as we could), I was fed up with bouncing around to different OBs, specialists, endocrinologists, etc. and finally called Dr. Lin! We had a call in November 2020 where he so understandingly, told me I just don't seem to ovulate and had what is called "unexplained infertility", then he proceeded to tell me "whenever you are ready to get pregnant, We will get your pregnant". January 2021 we started our fertility journey. After 2 failed attempts at timed intercourse, with trial and errors of meds, Dr. Lin was very confident in telling me IVF was our best option, which I was so nervous about. May 2021 we started our IVF cycle. After 1 cancelled cycle, and 1 transfer that didn't take, we were finally able to say those magical words, "We are PREGNANT!" Dr. Lin and his staff were over the moon excited for us, and Paula (my nurse) called me so excited to tell me the news and proceeded to tell me how happy the whole office was! I truly feel like RFC Irvine is a family that welcomed us right in! They were so flexible with getting me in for ultrasounds & making sure baby was developing and growing like baby should and always with open arms & smiles on their faces! We are officially graduated from RFC now and it was very bitter sweet to leave! I remember reading Yelp reviews about RFC when we first were scheduling our initial appointment with Dr. Lin back in March of 2021. I was so nervous and unsure of what to do and what our next step should be for our pregnancy journey. We had already been TTC for well over a year and we're beyond frustrated and discouraged. I read reassuring things about successes at RFC and it built up our confidence that we were making the right decision. From the first time we met with Dr. Lin everyone on the staff in the Irvine office including him were kind and encouraging. We started with an IUI. We got pregnant on our first one but the level was very low so it didn't last. We started doing more tests to see what direction to go in. We did procedures and tried different things to see what worked and what didn't. We did two more IUIs, both were unsuccessful. Because of timing with my insurance we decided to do one more IUI before doing IVF. That one was successful but didn't sustain again. So frustrating, discouraging and heartbreaking!! Dr Lin and the staff continued to be hopeful for us though and kind, moving to the next thing to try. In January 2022. We did our egg retrieval. That was successful and we were encouraged moving along with the IVF process. We did our first transfer in March 2022 and it was unsuccessful. Ugh disappointed and beaten down again :( Paula was beyond caring though and listened to me cry and voice concerns, fears and worries. She advised trying acupuncture through their office since we hadn't done that yet. I had done acupuncture in the past but not through their office. In the book "it starts with an egg" (which I recommend reading for advice and guidance during your fertility journey) they say acupuncture is really only successful if you do it at the same location as your fertility procedures. So decided to try that. Meredith is the sweetest. I felt like she become such a stable and positive coach for me during the IVF process. Seeing her weekly for months and months, I was continually encouraged and looked forward to the appointments. We scheduled to do another transfer in September. I followed the guidance from Paula and Meredith's recommendations on what to eat and do and on the day of my transfer had acupuncture before and after (with both Iris and Meredith because of scheduling). I really think that made all the difference in the transfer being successful. There were different things I did to prep my body leading up to it and finally after many different treatments and so much time, we were finally pregnant!! The joy that Paula, Meredith and everyone else in the office radiated for my husband and I was incredible. We felt so supported and cared for. I continued to go to acupuncture for the majority of my pregnancy and looked forward to the appointments and stopping in to see everyone. Our baby girl was born in May 2023 and we could not be happier to have this beautiful baby and gift that RFC helped us achieve. Would absolutely recommend Dr Lin, RFC and doing acupuncture there. We loved Dr. James Lin and his staff! My husband and I had already gone through one IVF cycle with another doctor, and unfortunately had two miscarriages and did not stay pregnant. From the moment we met Dr. Lin, and talked to him and his staff, we felt well assured this was the right place for us. He came up with a new plan for us, and there were medications and procedures which we had not done before, but we were open to is, whatever we could do to get pregnant! We were looking to something different so we can have a different outcome this time. We were so happy about this. The vibe of the office was totally us, and we felt a calming, and very relaxed space. After going through heartbreak and one IVF cycle (which is not an easy thing to go through), we didnt think it would ever happen for us! Well, we are pregnant, and I am currently 16 weeks! We graduated with Dr. Lin at 8 weeks, and thrilled! Oh, and I got pregnant at 40 years old! A wonderful bday gift! The staff is amazing, and so great! I have to say a HUGE thank you to nurse Lori (my angel who was the only one that could get my blood with ease as I have very tiny veins. And you get your blood drawn A LOT during this process), Paula, (our nurse coordinator, who was always available to answer all my questions, and I had a lot!! She was so patient with me!), and Cyndi who is so gentle when doing my ultrasounds. The office may seem crazy busy, and packed, but that was not what was important, as the service, care, and attention I got as a patient was met, and that made it great! There was one day that I had to take the shot at the office. The nurse who did the subcutaneous injection for me was terrible. Either her skill was very poor or she didn't care at all. She pushed the syringe plunger with too much pressure, and the medication shoot out of the tip like fireworks. She said: "oops!" There was very little medication left inside the syringe. She didn't even apologize for her mistake. I was at immediate regret and should have done it myself even I haven't given myself a shot, I would have been more careful and not waste medicine. That was the worse cycle I had with this center. Also, the center is all for money. The price is very high compared to some other places but not necessary gives the best results. The staffs didn't do a good job clarifying the cost at each step and caused some confusion. When called for clarification, she pushed the blame to me, and said I signed the form and should have known better. That's not the attitude I am expecting when I pay so much already. I am giving 2 stars because the lady at the front desk who check me in is always nice. If I have to choose again, I would not have chosen this center. Stay away! Doctor said he can retrieve 16 eggs just before the surgery day, but after surgery, nothing happened. Doctor Lin is really NOT professional, just spent lots of money on advertising in whole south California and China media . From day one, my husband and I were treated as one unit, together going through this experience, I am so grateful how they always addressed the both of us with their undivided attention. Dr. Lin has a special talent and a relentless drive to be the best. He is honest and strategic, he is patient and optimistic, he has a calm demeanor which helped balance my most anxious of days. My husband and I always left our appointments knowing and feeling that Dr. Lin will do everything he can for us to be successfully pregnant. There are a lot of unknowns within this process, however Dr. Lin's staff continues to guide you through it all every step of the way. I felt relaxed and confident, because they were relaxed and confident with me. I always liked 6am appointments, (God bless them for being awake and nice at that time of morning!) From check-in/arrival, to being personally escorted down to the IVF suite, I was always promptly greeted by clinical staff who would ask me how I'm doing and walk me to the exam rooms inviting my husband in. Even from the exam rooms, they escort you to Dr. Lin's office, where he even personally escorts you out to the front desk and says "see you in a week!" It was so bitter sweet to not hear Dr. Lin say "see you in a week" this last visit as I have finally graduated RFC. Our hearts are so full of love, full of gratefulness and thankfulness worth a thousand years. Success! A big thank you to Dr. Lin and his staff for helping us to have two very healthy babies! I am in a same-sex relationship and we decided a few years ago that we wanted to have a baby via IUI (intrauterine insemination). Dr. Lin met with us face-to-face to go over our various options. Fortunately we had a known donor so that eliminated one hurdle. Dr. Lin's office helped us to coordinate everything from our donor making his..."donation" to acquiring proper legal paperwork, all necessary appointments, pharmacy prescriptions, etc. Once we gave them the go-ahead, they were swift and efficient with planning and scheduling. The office staff is very friendly and our personal coordinator, Paula, was very warm and willing to answer all the myriad questions we had. I am exceedingly grateful to report that I have two healthy babies (now 3.5 years and 3 months) thanks to Dr. Lin's knowledge and years of experience. Not only does he know what he's doing, but he's also very friendly, and loves to joke around. We've had some good laughs over the years! A few things to note: While Dr. Lin is personable and loves to joke, he is also quite candid. He will not beat around the bush. He is hopeful but also realistic, so be sure to put on your emotional armor. He once told me when I was only 32 that I had the uterus of a middle-aged woman and I took that to mean that I might have extreme difficulty in having children. I cried for two days straight. I'm still not really sure what he meant by that but in the end I was perfectly fertile. Educate yourself. Meet with the doctor, nurses, and staff and ask questions. Lots of questions. This is very expensive and it takes an emotional toll! It's ok to ask questions, to ask for clarification, and to decline recommended procedures or medications. Be sure to understand why they are requesting a fourth ultrasound before you agree to it and pay out of pocket. They might have a very good reason, but remember it's ok to ask and even say No. Consider counseling. No one knows how difficult and emotionally exhausting reproductive assistance is unless they've been through it themselves. While the doctors and staff are kind and compassionate, this is their business and they do it every day. Your friends and partner might love you and be supportive, but unless they've been through it before themselves, they literally have no idea. Consider having a therapist, who understands fertility issues, to be by your side as you go through this journey. To sum it all up, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lin to anyone seeking to start or continue a family. Just be sure to take things at your own pace and remember to ask lots and lots of questions! This office has deteriorated in service since 2015. 2015 = 5 stars 2020 = 2-3 stars. 1)They still use paper charts for everything. 2)Received multiple billing statements in 2020 which were sent in error. No one at the office knew why they were being sent to me & would apologize that they were erroneously sent. Whatever happened to billing manager, Annette?? She disappeared, no one talks of her & she doesn't reply to emails or phone calls. 3)Office Manager Fawn, not sure what she does anymore other than chat it up in the office while the doctors are running around seeing patients & super busy. 4)They assigned me to 3 different coordinators, 2 of which left their office, there was never any consistency. It's crazy to see how much turnover they have there. 1 of 2 nurses I saw also left. 5)I just feel bad for Dr Lin & Dr Park, they really need to overhaul this office and see why their place has deteriorated in service over time. 6)They also have misspelled words in their documents & contracts. I had to point it out to them. 7)Their lab has deteriorated over time too. 8) 2 of their 3 ultrasound machines broke down while I was at an appointment, and had to wait a long time in the lobby. Success Rate As shown in Figure 1, the success rate of RFC using patients' eggs is almost one-half or even one-eighth of national average's and other good clinics' success rate (for example, Kaiser Permanente Center) based on CDC data. Success rates for ART intended retrievals among patients using their own eggs reflect the doctor's real skill. As shown in Figure 2 and 3, in many Chinese advertisements Dr. Lin advocates he provides patients with the best chance of success IVF program and RFC is the top, best clinic with the highest pregnancy success rates in the United States, the success rate of pregnancy is as high as 88%. As shown in Figure 4.1 and 4.2, the success rates for ART transfers using donor eggs from RFC website is inconsistent with the data from CDC website. Success rates for ART transfers among patients using eggs or embryos from CDC statics are divided into four parts: fresh embryos fresh eggs, fresh embryos frozen eggs, frozen embryos, and donated embryos. It's irrational that classification of success rates for ART transfers among patients using eggs or embryos from a donor are divided according to patient age because the donor's eggs or embryos are almost from young donors with good quality. In the same way, success rate using the young patients' eggs is higher than one using old patients' eggs. According to the above data, Dr. Lin is not an honest person and like to change concept and misguide the patients. I am being treated in RFC, Dr. Lin claimed that his success rate is 80%. Patient Privacy Policy Dr. Lin changed the embryo testing lab without my permission (RFC did't inform me and sign a privacy agreement with me) during my third IVF treatment cycle. I paid the same price for embryo test, but one test item was deleted. The right to privacy and the right to know should belong to the patient herself. Dialogue The patient: Did you change embryo testing lab? Dr. Lin: That's right! The patient: You should tell me in advance, and I found that one test item was deleted this time. YELP 1700!!! Finding a trust worthy IVF doctor is difficult and after all my research and yelping, we decided to go with Reproductive Fertility Center and Dr. James Lin. They had a lot of real yelper reviews, not just a bunch of those people who have 1 or 2 yelps and 0 friends. Dr. Lin is awesome. Friendly and did not pressure us with anything. He always answered our questions, explained all the options we had, and gave us everything we needed to know at each step of the process. Reminded me of a typical asian dad. Only negative was he had Angels stuff all over his office (boo!). Janelle was the person who assisted us with everything. She is amazing. We would not have been able to keep our sanity without her. She planned all out schedules, called us with updates, and answered all our questions when they came up. All there staff is amazing and very helpful! Everything important is done at the main Irvine location. They do have a Diamond Bar and Alhambra location for injections and ultrasounds as well. We did our initial consultation in 2015. Make sure you get an insurance referral so that the visit only costs your copay or else you have to pay the full consultation fee. We waited until 2016 to actually go forward with the IVF. The cost did not change much which was a relief. 99% of insurance companies do not cover anything other then some of the medications. Everything else is out of pocket. Sign up for FSA if you can, you can use some tax free money to pay for some of the costs. Once you are ready, the process moves to a very specific schedule. Stage 1 - This stage costs the most. Expect to pay 15-20k for this. At this stage you can either pay for 1-3 egg retrievals (each one costs more), add genetic testing, and other tests that can increase your odds. - Hormone Shots For Egg Production - I did my wife's daily shots. It was 2 daily shots in the belly. They were not fun. You have to do it for a few weeks straight. - Egg Retrieval - Once you have enough strong eggs, they will schedule the retrieval procedure. You go under. My wife was pretty sore and in pain for a few days. - Now you wait, fertilization, embryos grow, genetic testing, and finally they tell you how many viable embryos are transferable. We had 17 eggs, after everything, we had 3 eggs that were transferable. Stage 2 - This stage costs roughly 10k for the transfer and medication. Once ready to transfer, you get a specific date to start shots to help make sure the transfer works and you become pregnant. The shots are daily and in the back. Expect to do blood tests a few times a week. The shot amounts change base on your levels. - The transfer does not take long, less then 15 minutes, no pain like the retrieval. You get to watch the transfer as it happens. That was pretty neat. You are on bed rest for 2 days after the transfer. Basically so the egg sticks and does not fall out. - You continue shots up until the end of the first trimester. At the end of stage 2, you do not see Dr. Lin anymore. You start seeing your OB. Scary to have to trust someone else after Dr. Lin gets you this far but he is only allowed to see patients up to a certain time. We were lucky enough to only have to do IVF once and we ended up with our precious twins! I would recommend anyone to Reproductive Fertility Center and Dr. James Lin!!! We tried 5 years, had one miscarriage, we were about to give up, our last option was Ivf. We thought we should give it a try before giving up completely. Ivf is not an easy process we went through a lot of ups and downs emotionally but dr lin and his team always with us throughout the entire process. Now I'm 7 months pregnant we are over the moon. First I want to say, I'm genuinely happy for all those who have successfully achieved pregnancy through RFC. I'm certain that like other centers, their work leads to desired outcomes for plenty of cases. That was not our experience - and it is not why I've given two stars. For privacy's sake I will try to avoid sharing any medical information. My spouse and I went through a very expensive process with RFC. At the end, when they called to tell us that the process had not worked, the RFC caseworker did not know the basic facts of our case that clearly point to this being the end of the road for us (unless we choose to start all over). She asked us information that she should have had right in front of her, so while we were grieving for the fact that this all had not worked out, we were also forced to verbalize the fact and let our caseworker in on it. We did not receive a courtesy call from Dr. Lin and in the 1+ year since, we did not receive one call or follow-up on our situation. I don't know what the cause of this was, but I can tell you that it made us feel like we were discarded trash. The ending was horrible, and RFC failed in basic ways to remember the human, which is kind of ironic. RFC is on our "avoid" list as we move forward. read more

We went through several cycles of IVF/ER/FET with RFC before finally having success, and each time we ran into problems, Dr. Park was very up front about our options and prognosis. I really appreciate how straightforward her communication was, and how efficient they run their office and all the processes. Dr. Lin and his team have been amazing to work with. Previously, we worked with another fertility doctor/ center and it was a terrible experience- we felt like a number and they were just cashing in. With Dr. Lin, he listened to our concerns. I am older woman and we knew we would have some challenges. Dr. Lin laid out our options, the probability of success and the associated costs. We felt so informed and made a decision that was right for us. Ultimately, we had 5 good embryos to work with. Unfortunately, the first three embryo transfers didn't take. But each time, Dr. Lin made some adjustments to the protocols/meds to increase our chances. It made us feel like he was listening and really working for us to be successful. Before the fourth transfer, he suggested scraping my uterus to give it a "clean palette" and that seemed to work because we got pregnant and our daughter was born 2 months ago! Every step of the way, Dr. Lin, Leahanne and Arlene always answered our questions very promptly. I loved that they had early morning hours so we didn't have to miss any work to get to appointments.
