However, until recently I could live with it because at least the accounts would sych with my Quicken. Then came the upgrade last month. I see no improvement, and now no synch. Worse, they informed me that they have no intention of a synch - only a download that I will need to upload to Quicken. This is 2020! Now I need to look for another CU or bite the bullet and go back to a big bank.

I've never been able to get anyone on the phone at this location so I have to drive 10+ minutes to get there to ask any question about my account. The drive through is NEVER open. When I deposited a large check recently I was told that it was a 7 day hold (and the pending transaction showed 7 days) but then it took 13. When I complained online and the manager called me, he only wanted to argue with me about why 13 days was right (despite the contrary expectations that Avadian created through its communications), interrupt me, and talk over me. Seriously, who does that? I'm still on the fence about whether I'll stay with Avadian but I'll likely avoid this branch in the future.

I can say that I never had an issue with Chase. This particular location is in the River Oaks Village in a standalone building. The service here was warm and engaging and my overall visit was a positive one. I would definitely recommend this particular Chase location.

He's a black guy (mid/late 20's), after listening to him speak condescendingly to the customers in front of me (while standing in line), this ignorant, arrogant, gas lighting fool proceeded to pitch a nasty attitude towards me, BECAUSE I, ACCORDING TO HIM, WAS GIVING HIM TOO MUCH INFORMATION FOR HIM TO SIMPLY DEPOSIT CASH INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. Instead of acting like a normal person, he decided to get his 'kicks' by trying to make me out to be some sort of freak for providing him my license and bank numbers. Him: "I only need your debit card, why did you have to go and give me this other stuff?" Me: "Because the last time I deposited cash, the teller asked for my drivers license (photo ID)." Him: "Well, that is something we never do". Me: "Isn't it better to know the customer holding the debit card is in fact the actual owner of that debit card, what would you do in cases where debit cards are stolen?" Him: Mumbled something incoherent and under his breath. -I've been a WF customer for 5 years, while this piss ant was still probably in high school (if that). Two visits here and one time was pretty much a normal ATM experience. The other time I had issues with it accepting my card. It did finally work, but needed a little patience while I waited for it to cooperate. I have had a Regions account in the past and the staff at this location were really nice and were really knowledgeable. Really clean, spacious and open branch layout with someone that greats you when you walk in and finds out what you need so they can direct you to the appropriate place. If you are looking for a bank you should take these guys under consideration.
