We have been requesting a Recycling bin for over a month now, they gave us a delivering date and ended up not showing up. We call and they give us another delivering date and nothing... My wife have called by now 3 times (that I know of) maybe even more and every week is the same story. They always see us on the list but nothing gets resolved. Funny though, they have been charging for the service since the first call, now we are discussing a refund while still waiting for the recycling bin because there's a shortage. Its a shame since the people who pick up the trash do great work and it gets shadowed by this.
