I did pay early the last time I was in and that should not be a reason to move back the date. The due date, no matter the increase, should remain on the 22nd of every month. Money grab.

In some cases, they offer average to good customer service. I've also experienced ridiculously bad customer service. But most recently at Star Self Storage...we have finally experienced a company who is willing to go above and beyond. The manager (who's name escapes me) is one of the most professional and helpful people I've dealt with in business. He's willing to accommodate you by showing you different options, he gives you all the information you need up front...he's recently helped us in a critical situations that otherwise would have resulted in a HUGE disaster.
