My neighborhood trash day is on Tuesday 9/21/21.They never showed up.I called the company.They, as you can see from the screenshot, said they were coming Thursday 9/23/21 by the end of the day.It is Now 12:19am Friday 9/24/21 and guess what is still on the curb. Strange thing is they picked up all the trash on every other block but not mine!Imho If you complain about their service they punish the whole neighborhood. Allegedly! This has been going on.This company was horrible before Covid. Must be nice to get paid to not finish a job.There will be more trash for your employees next week. Republic Services Flint Recycling - Lies!!Never showed up! - Recycling Center Near Me - Flint, Michigan

Very upset.  I called two weeks ago to request to have a mattress and box spring removed.  They said, "No problem.  We will have it scheduled for the next available trash removal for your area."  That would have been 9/14/21.  They did give me a caveat advising that there could be up to a 5 business day delay.  Okay.  That would have meant pickup today AT THE LATEST. 9/14 came around.  They didn't pick up so I called just to let them know it wasn't picked up.  They said, "No problem.  We'll have someone out within either today or tomorrow to pick up."   "Tomorrow" came and went with no pickup.  I called back last Thursday, 9/16, to let them know.  They "reminded" me of the 5 business day potential delay from the original scheduled date of 9/14.  That means yesterday, 9/21, at the latest.   Disposal truck showed up.  They took the trash but not the mattress and box springs.  I called them back up and they said they would send it to their management team to get this resolved...AND THEN TOLD ME that the drivers will not pick up if it's not wrapped in plastic!  Okay, that's not a problem.  I can wrap in plastic.  BUT WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE???   The mattress and box spring have been sitting by the curb for 2 weeks killing the grass underneath.  To be told 2 weeks later that a piece of junk that is being disposed needs to be wrapped in plastic when no one along the way told me of this policy is extremely frustrating!   The last rep I spoke with apologized for the situation but if it's not wrapped it's going to be another week before it can be picked up.  Thanks, Republic. Well ask republic why THEY REFUSE TO PUCK UP WHATS LEFT AT THE CURB FOR THEM. 5 calls from me and 2 from my husband all with the same result "I'm sorry we will get that picked up for you by 5 today". 7 days later guess where it is still at? You guessed it on the curb waiting for this lazy ass GARBAGE MAN!! And he argued with me on 3 CAMERAS and then left all of my garbage because it's not "MY JOB" he said ON CAMERAS!! When I called republic she states someone will contact me in a day or so and I'm on a missed pick up for tomorrow. WTF?? Tomorrow?? I BET THE NEVER COME! I BET ITS STILL THERE NEXT WEEK! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE 10/3/2019 This is an update and omg you won't believe this!The owner claims this is not how this company operates however I beg to differ! Today my garbage was left behind again, as well as my neighbors garbage on the same side of the street. On my cameras I can see 4 homes down and this garbage man drove about 45 mph give or take down the middle of the residential street without picking any of us up.
