I worked in Customer service my entire working years. This is exactly what a company DOES NOT want. Tried to write BC on their web site. Nope. Can't do that either. Someone higher up needs to fix this. Commercial guys like I was for 34 years need those pieces of paper. If they wanted a coffee or a drink they would walk in anyways.
