My appointment was confirmed, all good right? Wrong! I get an email the day before my appointment saying they can't come, we are out of their service area. So all the stuff that I carried up into the yard to be ready, I have to haul back to the basement. If we are out of the service area, then I shouldn't be able to make an appointment based on my address and zip code! Letting me know the day before was really poor form. So beware, just because you scheduled (and were confirmed) doesn't mean someone will show up. Anyone want an old trampoline dismantled into a hundred pieces? Because I've got one sitting on my side yard now.

They seem unsupervised and unchecked. On my small street alone, I watch them break wheels off of THEIR own containers WEEKLY as they slam them to the ground OR launch them rolling from 20-30 ft away into the curb. I've then watched them pick up the loose wheels and throw them into the empty container for the homeowner to fish out and repair for THEM. Strongly recommend choosing a different company.

Communication with the company has not been good since asking them to come back and fix and install lights with actual permanent bracket solution (which came in box with lights). Realize it is a busy time of year but also not a great start to doing business. original - They installed Govee Permanent outdoor lights on our house just in time for the holidays! they did a fantastic job getting us scheduled within a few days! The tech went over the process, talked through how he would manage the power for the separate sections, and then installed the entire front of our house in just under 2 hours.
