We needed a backsplash, some minor kitchen remodeling, new carpets, and a potential larger renovation to our living room built-ins. He gave us a verbal estimate of the backsplash and said he'd get back to us very soon on the other estimates. We never heard from him again. We had to call him to get updates and he then told us that their tile installer couldn't be found and they couldn't install - and oh btw the new price was higher than what he quoted us verbally (higher than anyone else who gave us an estimate). No estimate for carpets or the other work ever came. He wasted so much of our time waiting. They honestly don't care anything about their customers like they used to. At least it feels like that.

Cost was very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. We then brought them back to do our entire bathroom remodel. They removed everything that was old and took it away and then painted and installed the new vanity, commode, mirror and lighting and they did a super job. After the bathroom was done, they did drywall repair in our sunroom, which some repair was done at a two-story level, and our family room and repainted the rooms. They did great, as usual. When we figure out our next project, we won't hesitate to hire Jim and his crew. They are all professional, but friendly and the cost is always reasonable. When you have home projects, American Home Pride is who you should go to.
