In my neighborhood the HOA has no parking on street signs and has a contract with this town company. I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt. read more

Wade was very helpful and kind to me. I forgot that I had created a note about leaving my key under the driver side mat, and he called me to ask where it was. He was very patient as I brought the key outside to him. Then, he asked what was wrong with the car and offered to try giving me a jump first. We popped the hood and he said immediately that he could see something loose. He tightened it, and the car started right back up just like that. I called for a tow into AAA for over two and a half hours... They assured me that this company was efficient and would contact me upon their disbursement to my location. Not only did they not call me... But they would not receive any of the phone calls coming in. The only thing you could do was leave a message. I never received a call back and sat by myself until 3:46 a.m. at this time until I could try and find another tow company! I highly advise that you choose anyone but this company! Forget about being family oriented because they are not or they would not leave a single mother sitting by herself all night long. read more

Excellent service, and inexpensive by comparison to other quotes we got. The wait time was reasonable about 30 minutes. My husband, our two year old and myself broke down and needed a tow. We were prepared to have to rent a car to drive home but the they had a truck big enough to accommodate, the three of us including our son's car seat. Had to get SUV towed from I40 to my mechanic a few months ago, my wife was driving and called these guys. Turns out the car was damaged (blown rear air suspension) either on the way to the garage, or at the garage. Rescue Professionals claim the garage damaged the SUV by not supporting the axles during lifting, and the garage claims it was towed incorrectly. After much frustrating back and forth between both parties, each denying responsibility, the garage agreed to pay half of the cost of the damaged suspension. Video footage from the garage showed that the SUV's suspension looked damaged when it arrived, but not conclusive. Rescue Professionals continued to deny responsibility, or go even halfway to helping me out. Anyway, just wanted to point out that it was an unpleasant experience and I will not be using Rescue Professionals again. Important to note that they say on their website (still up there as of today) that they are AAA Approved. I spoke with AAA and they informed me that they used to be, but are NOT currently approved. Seems disingenuous at best, especially after I informed them of this at the time. My experience seems to go against the grain here, but that's what happened and I would not recommend. Can't be that hard to tow a car a few miles, even less arduous to show some courtesy for a situation that left me $700 out of pocket. . read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They towed my vehicle to the wrong location after I told and texted the driver the address of the tow location. In addition to that, the door was found wide open the following morning of the tow. I was reasonable while speaking with them on the phone and told them that if they would simply tow the vehicle to the correct location I would forget about my door being left open all night. The owner responded by saying that since the I didn't call AAA to change the address it wasn't their fault and that I couldn't prove they left the door open. He admitted that the driver, an employee of theirs should have contacted his boss to make the change of address, but that it was my fault. Unbelievable. read more

This company is UNFORTUNATELY contracted by AAA for towing services. I waited 3 1/2 hours until very early this morning before they bumped my time by another hour, this time without notice at all. I found out only after I called AAA for the fourth time. At that point the arrival time would be 2:30a. I told AAA to cancel the call, I Uberred home, and my car still sits in a lot that charges $32 per day. The "reason" the kept bumping the time was because of weather and traffic. It was a typical rain, not heavy, and I have a map app that SHOWS all of the traffic backups. There were a couple of small ones indicated, so there were no backups that would have taken them 3 1/2. Personally I think someone kept hitting the snooze button. I would seriously reconsider calling these people, or signing up for AAA. That's why I have AAA, so I don't have to worry about this kind of thing. IMHO they all failed miserably. read more

Not only did they come and pick me up from my office because they were nearby, when we got to my car, the driver suggested that he try to boost the battery one more time (I didn't think it would work.) Great service. My wife and I were headed to church with our grandsons on Sunday AM in Nashville. Our van broke down with engine troubles. We were on I-65 N of Nashville at the Exit 90 off ram. We were told Shawn would be on his way soon. He arrived quickly and and loaded our van, put us in his extended cab, and delivered our auto to a repair shop where family members met us. We are more than pleased with the service and driver courtesy. Hope we don't break down again but if we do we will call Rescue to the rescue. read more

I had terrible service from this company. I understand that things get busy and the drivers are often backed up on calls, but it took the driver 2 hours to arrive to get me. Not a good feeling when you are waiting in a dark parking lot by yourself. When he finally arrived, the driver questioned whether I really wanted my car towed. I told him that someone had already looked at the car, it's late, I'm tired, and I just want to get it to a garage so I can deal with it first thing in the morning. He told me we couldn't take it the garage I wanted to, because they don't have parking. When I suggested a different place, he balked at that, but agreed. He asked for my keys and then took it upon himself to open the hood and start poking around in the engine, even after I asked him to stop. At that point, he said he needed to find my keys - HE HAD DROPPED BY KEY INTO THE ENGINE. I told him to leave and called a different company the next morning. I will never use this tow company again or suggest it anyone. read more
