Tim called me around 6:00pm to let me know that he would be leaving soon to pick me up. A little before 7:00pm, he called again to tell me that he was about 20 minutes away. However, after 40 minutes, I called back, concerned that he couldn't find me. A woman answered the phone and said that they were still about 20 minutes away! They arrived at 8:13pm. However, when they arrived, they told me that they needed to leave and fill up their gas tank before they could tow my car. They finally picked me up a little after 8:30pm. There were two people in the cab. I sat in the passenger seat, feeling a little cramped. The woman sitting in the middle was sitting on my seat belt buckle, so I decided to just ride without my seat belt rather than making things awkward. They never apologized and instead complained about how much insurance companies pay for towing services (they told me up front they would only accept cash). On a positive note, they were reasonably priced and were kind enough to take me home after dropping off my car at the shop without any extra charge.

My husband went the next day, Friday, at 7 am. They were open, but he was told the technician that does the alignments wouldn't be there for an hour and a half. The technician showed up at almost 9 am. He did not perform the alignment on the rear, only the front, he lost a lugnut, he only hand-tightened all the other lugnuts on the front tires, and the vehicles still makes the same noise it was making prior to the alignment (but only when the road curves to the right). He told my husband that the tie rods were worn and would need to be replaced "soon," not immediately. Is that what is causing the noise??? It is unfortunate that my husband wasted so much time and we wasted the money on such horrible work (we even had to buy a new lugnut since the tech lost one). I definitely will not return and will not recommend them to anyone. Had my husband not rotated the tires the very next day, this could have ended up with very serious repercussions due to shotty work that was performed on our vehicle.
