I had been using this service for years, I will never use them again. No transparency and down right rude.

The professionalize and customer service needs to improve. The bus driver lied about what he was instructed to do and the bus. The person in charge spoke rudely and nasty over the phone when asked about items that were included in the paid service. How a wonderful occasion got ruined because one of the main features of the party bus wasn't available. Then to add insult grand Reserve Party Charters didn't inform anyone of the problem with one of the main item before hand. This is not good business. read more

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I reserved them for a rehearsal dinner for 5 hours approx 3 weeks prior to my event. I called them each week........no one ever called me. I called them the day of and confirmed. I had a family member meet them to pay them (cash only) I told them the route (3 stops) approx 3 mile round trip route. the van showed up on time at 5:30 and took the first group to the rehearsal dinner. We did not get another shuttle that came to the hotels. I had guests that came to the welcome that started at 8:30 wait for 45 min and finally drove themselves. I was hosting the event and didn't know this until approx 9pm My husband and I went outside and called them.......we got the main # (only # we had) and they found the driver/shuttle We finally saw them across the street in a dark parking lot......no lights on........just sitting! My husband handled speaking with them and got them back to our venue and demanded they shuttle. We had 6 ppl never make it and 12 people had to drive themselves! We spent $1500! Total waste of $$$ and such an embarrasment for us. Everyone was from out of town and this small town didn't have Uber or Lyft! Worst experience we have ever had with an limo company I have rented many, many vehicles for tons of eventsa and never had such unprofessional co. Driver told people he had to speak to me when he was questioned? He didn't know where to go???? was some of the responses! I would give them a ZERO! UNBELIEVABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! UNACCEPTABLE! 1st the driver (Mike) was VERY RUDE /NASTY. He hatefully let us know " Im not from Southern Pines." As we are giving him directions to go left he went right. 3-4x's Mike repeatedly swerved off the road as we traveled to Raeford. Here's the DEALBREAKER: Mike DROPPED us off at a bar in Raeford and immediately left. Once I entered the bar I realized I left my phone & walked back outside. Mike was GONE. The manager at the bar had to call him to pick us up because the bar CLOSED at 1sm My phone was on the bus. I communicated to Mike prior to taking us to Raeford"we were only staying til 12am " Thankfully,the manager allowed us to remain in the building because it was raining. Mike pulls up at 1:30am !!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!! I paid for 6 hours of service & received the max of 2 hours of services. Where do I even begin. We reached out to Mike to schedule a party bus for our early May wedding around the later half of 2024. My parents worked with Mike to schedule the party bus, and in early 2025 we sent him the schedule for the day which he confirmed once with my father, and then again with my wedding coordinator the Thursday before our Saturday wedding. Before the wedding day, we were growing concerned due to Mikes lack of communication, lack of response to our messages confirming how to make final payment, and we had to reach out to him a couple of times to ensure he confirmed the schedule for the day - as mentioned above he did confirm the schedule with my father and coordinator closer to the day. On the day of the wedding, my fiancé and his groomsmen were waiting outside of the hotel for the 1pm pickup as confirmed with Mike...party bus never showed up. When my planners called to make him aware, he was extremely combative and rude. He insisted that the final payment was for the "contracted" hours even thought he sent the amount due AFTER he confirmed the itinerary. Mike was again argumentative and adamant that he'd never seen the schedule we confirmed with him by text and by phone multiple times (which we had to follow up many times for the confirmation), and that the contract (which we were not aware of as he never sent it to my dad to sign or even mentioned a contract) was from 5-10pm. After we sent documentation showing him where he confirmed the schedule, Mike conceded and the bus was able to pick up the wedding party from the church. My parents reduced the final payment for the two hours he was late, Mike did not proactively offer to provide a refund for his error. In summation, we had a terrible experience using this company for our wedding transportation. Thank goodness we were in my home town with plenty of backup vehicles to get the wedding party to the church, but I've never had a customer experience this terrible in my life. If you're looking for dependable transportation that you can depend on to show up and provide clear communication prior to your event, then I urge you to seek services elsewhere. read more

If you read this review you must read it all the way through to get the picture. I was called on May 8th to confirm our pick-up, and there was a misunderstanding about the type of vehicle but they quickly resolved it. The only thing I can say that I didn't like, was the website said the Escalade had a privacy glass but it didn't. Our driver Miichael was very patient working with us because we ran late but we adjusted and had a great time. We might have been considered "needy" but he made sure to usher to our request and showed nothing but professionalism. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. read more

Party bus was fun and nice on the inside other than the AC not working. But still fun the only problem we had about this party bus service was they won't tell you up front there is a vomit fee so if you vomit you will be charged $300 even if you clean it up. And make sure you keep a eye on your location cause he will take a longer route and charge you $250 for going over an hour. Just a heads up. read more

If I could give a zero I would. We booked a limo for our wedding from sunset beach N.C. to Durham N.C. and it was a waste of money and a huge disappointment on our wedding night. To begin, the driver was very unprofessional and asked for payment up front in front of everyone before even greeting us or opening the door for us. We got in the limo and hair and dirt was in the ice (we have pics) the privacy window was broke. The radio did not work. The AC was on full blast and it was freezing and the driver said he couldn't adjust it. Lastly, the nights had to be on or completely off - with no privacy AT ALL. It was completely disappointing and a huge embarrassment for any company to provide this type of service to anyone. They did not offer a reimbursement or anything. Dear Mr. Blakely, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in services rendered by your company on Friday, September 13th for my 9 hour bus rental from 6pm -3am. This purchase was facilitated for my daughters Sweet 16th birthday experience. My only child and a one day, once in a lifetime memory. As a conscious consumer, I performed due diligence with your company and entrusted your service at the full price quoted, paying your FULL quote and expecting a full delivery of your product and service in return, in which I did NOT receive. Your driver was late to my residence. Running late prevented me from engaging in any photography with the birthday party, as I was rushed to pay and stock the bus with ice and drinks. The bus was not cooled at the time of pick up nor was the tv functioning. It appeared the driver did not know how to operate the technical features. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a functional and fully operable bus experience and it is your responsibility as a business, to not only ensure your bus is operable and functional, but also to equip your drivers with ample competence and training to provide a quality product. I personally trailed the driver/bus to accompany and appropriately supervise my party. At this time I witnessed unsafe vehicle operation. Your driver crossed over the rumble strips that run along side the highway and even went off into the grass. This was absolutely cringe-worthy to watch, as I feared for the safely of my child as well as the overwhelming responsibility to the other parents and entrusted me with their children. Again, completely unacceptable. I was placed in a position where not only were the expenses of my next reservation and appointment at the party entertainment site was compromised, my child, who was to solely enjoy herself, became directly impacted with a non fully functioning bus, that she had to personally assist in, with getting the features up and running, versus having the opportunity to fully focus on her party and enjoyment with her friends. This was also partly embarrassing. This greatly dissapoints me, as again, proper vetting of your product was checked in advance. I did not get any photos of this experience, due to the delays and rushing. My only child's one day only, once in a lifetime sweet 16 experience. What a nightmare. How could you allow this to happen to your paying customers that support you? read more

This company was awesome!!! After speaking to 2 other companies and one providing bad customer service while the other had poor quality vehicles Grand Reserve was a breathe of fresh air. My daughter and her friends enjoyed every minute of it. Mike and his team provided the greatest customer service we had seen in a long time and both the limo and charter bus were in top shape. MIKE is amazing!! Super nice guy with a really cool ride!! He's very personable and make all of us women feel comfortable. The bus is crazy tricked out and has lights, music, and a smooth ride.
