Outside taxi and bus stand, though the taxi driver wanted a minimum in charge and would only take cash if it was only $15-20 for the ride to the hotel. Amtrak, buses, subway stop, and regional rail here (MBTA). The building wraps around the corner and doesn't connect to the business tower behind - interesting design, though. They did allow you to board about 10-15 min early.

Newton Centre is located next to some dining and such. No idea about parking. It is on the "D" Branch of the Green Line between Newton Highlands (outbound) and Chestnut Hill (inbound).

Some stations don't have AC, just big fans and it's part of the charm for me. Park St is an important hub. You can stop here for Boston Common and other downtown destinations. You can change here for red or other green directions. It is a tad confusing, sometimes there's staff around. But you can manage. Trains arrive fast and I could have gotten the hang of them better longer I stayed. It makes it easy to get around town and Park st was a stop we used a lot for visiting or changing to other lines.

A hop and a skip and a jump from: - the Tremont Street Burger King, - the Granary Burying Ground, - the Boston Common Frog Pond, - the AMC Boston Common 19, - the Washington Street Marshalls, - the Suffolk Dental Group, - the Robert Gould Shaw and the 54th Regiment Memorial. A true horror it would be to find oneself trapped in the Park Street T station. You step off the last train and the doors are already locked. I can't say that I've seen this level of service at any above ground Green Line station. There are audible and visual announcements of the next train and there are some areas where you can sit/lean while you wait. The station is pretty well lit and there's a taxi stand though both times I was here, I did not see any waiting taxis. There is a ramp boarding area for those who need such assistance in boarding the quite high Green Line train cars. Brookline Village is on the D branch of the Green Line between Longwood (inbound) and Brookline Hills (outbound).

The walk is always slightly longer than I remember getting to the Jersey side entrance. Otherwise the station is your typical above ground green line stop. Steps away from the Food Hall/Shopping area near Time Out Market. I've taken this train plenty of times because the alternative to getting into Fenway by car is paying exorbitant game day prices while sitting in traffic. This is also the closest stop walking (still nearly 1 mile) to get to the MFA from D line. Since you can either wait a few more stops to be slightly closer but it won't be faster overall.

It's a shorter and more direct walk. Other than that, the station is a surface level "D" branch station with minimal services. It is, at least, underneath a wide stretch of Park Drive so there is excellent cover from the elements. It is handicap-accessible, though getting from Park Drive to the platform is a staircase. Fenway is between Longwood (outbound) and Kenmore (inbound).

First time here taking the Amtrak train to NY. Usually we go to South station but decided to go…read morehere instead this time and worked out great. It's a small station with a small room waiting area. There is a Dunkin' Donuts right there and if you walk around the corner there is a Jugos - which is actually really great - lots of healthy food and drink choices. The train schedule monitors are easy to read and shows the track a few minutes before the train arrives. Then you go down to the platform. What is nice is the platform has the cars marked Car1, Car 2 so you know exactly where your car will be and can wait there and get into right car when the train arrives. Really a nice feature- not seen on many tracks. Getting here by Uber was easy - got dropped off right outside and walk right in. Train was on time and place was not too crowded. So our travel went smoothly. Arriving back also was fairly easy. Got out of the train and went upstairs to the waiting room area. Called an Uber and got home. Overall good experience here.

Situated between South Street (outbound) and Chiswick Road (inbound) there is no shelter here, no automated ticket kiosk, no announcement of the next train and not even a sign to let you know that the T might stop here. All they have is a slightly wider painted asphalt patch between the tracks and the roadway. The "station" is near a number of apartment buildings and residential neighborhoods but it is quite close to the Chestnut Hill Reservior and a short walk to Cleveland Circle Note that you will need to board the train next to the train driver so that you can swipe your Charlie Card or Charlie Ticket to pay your fare.

Kenmore is another MBTA station in a popular area. It sucks like a lot others do. What a nasty…read morelooking place this is and it also smells. Location is the best thing about it. This is close to Fenway Park. It only has a good location and that's if there's a game. It serves the Green Line. This is super close to Fenway Park. It beats having to park around here. The bad thing is you have to go through this filthy station. It gets crazy on game days. The Red Sox fans are drunk and they get loud and sometimes violent. Also it connects to many busses. There's a lot of bus routes that go here. Another station with the location about the only good thing about it, and that's only when there's a game. It's convenient for Red Sox games to avoid looking for parking and paying for it. The station itself is pretty bad, but it has lots of connections to busses and trains.
