I first found out about Reset Lounge through a complimentary massage thanks to Yelp Cleveland in February 2020. I definitely needed to de-stress on this day after getting into a minor car accident earlier that morning. INSIDE -- The space is very warm and inviting just similar to a Spa. When you enter, you will be greeted by a staff member at the front desk. There are numerous chairs to sit at in the lobby. There is also a water/tea station right at the front as you enter. In addition, you can remove your shoes and jacket at the front entrance. There is also a back entrance as well because the front outside gets congested from parked cars. SERVICES/TREATMENTS -- If you enjoy fitness, then a small gym is available for use before or after a wellness service. Private personal trainers train clients inside this gym so you can book a personal training session. For services, they offer CRYOTHERAPY, INFRARED SAUNAS, SALT THERAPY, NUCALM NEUROSCIENCE THERAPY, MASSAGE & COMPRESSION CHAIRS, WHOLE BODY VIBRATION (a small machine located in the gym), and more new services coming in 2020. Thanks to Yelp and being a Yelp Elite member, I got to try 2 services for free -- the massage chair and the salt cabin. I highly recommend the massage chair because it is zero gravity meaning the chair reclines back plus it really deeply massages the lower and mid-body. The salt cabin treatment felt okay to me because I was just bored inside plus it was really cold in there. However, there are benefits to salt therapy including helping with skin problems, inflammation, and removing mucous from the lungs. SAUNA -- Benefits include relaxation and detoxification. They have 2 sauna rooms. In my most recent visit, I paid for a sauna treatment which is $20 for non-members or 1 credit for members. Basically, 1 credit equals $20. Now $20 may be too expensive for some people but taking care of your body shouldn't come as a price; rather, a reward. Before entering the sauna, a staff member asked if I wanted electrolyte infused water so I gladly accepted a cup. It's important to hydrate before, during, and after entering a sauna to replenish water lost through sweat. I enjoyed the infrared sauna and the heat (135F) didn't bother me. Infact, I wished it was hotter....haha. Before I walked in, a staff member asked me what program I wanted and I believe I choose "detoxification". See my attached photos for a description of their sauna programs. Once inside, I sat then laid down while glancing through a book. There is a remote inside that allows you to adjust the light. The different coloured light settings are supposed to help the body in many ways. After getting out of the sauna, there is a mini-fridge that has a eucalyptus infused towel for cooling off. It felt nice to wrap the small towel around my neck and pat it on my chest. I highly recommend the sauna and massage chair. Visit Reset Lounge today located in quaint Chagrin Falls. Beautiful place to come and hit your own "reSet" button. Found this place originally from a Yelp Elite event last year and have been back twice since! They make booking easy and fast - you can sign up for credits or simply just do a service one time. You can book your appointments over the phone or on their website, they even link the appointment to your calendar! Stepping into the ReSet Lounge is extremely relaxing and almost feels like you are at home! Was welcomed with tea and positive spirits. I booked the massage chair & nu calm this time around. The massage chair is amazing as it hits every single part of your body! You are able to relax with an eye mask, music and weighted blanket on you (all provided by the lounge). I then followed this service with nu calm and this is needed for EVERY single person in the world! Haha. The ability it has to shut my brain off and to relax and not think was truly amazing. I was lucky enough to try a couple services from this establishment and let me tell you, it was an overall, AMAZING experience. Atmosphere: this place is so very tranquil and inviting. You leave your worries and shoes at the door. The two services I tried were the massage chair and the salt therapy room. The two ladies there were so knowledgeable, friendly and educational on each service and the benefits of them. Actually, they even gave me a tour of the other services they provide and let me take pictures and educated my fiancé and I on the specifics and also their amazing specialists that provide a range of expertise in reflexology, range of motion, personal training with weekly personal workouts according to your specific goals. There is so much more also. Experience: I did the massage chair first. This chair I can not rave enough about! That 20 minutes felt like an hour. And I will tell you what: I have never had a better foot massage in my 30 years with a human as I did with that chair. And I was a massage member for 3 years where I used to live! I feel like that chair and I have a bond that can't be broken. Yes, I may have made it weird but it was that wonderful. Next was the salt room where my fiancé joined me. To be honest, I think next time we would probably opt for a different service but I feel like it something a lot would like. The thing we didn't like was the loose salt floor because it got caught between our toes and it was just a feeling we both don't care for. But I will say that those deep breaths did help and we found ourselves holding hands and just relaxing in silence and taking the time to breathe which we don't take enough to do throughout the week. Second time here. A friend and I treated a mutual well deserving friend to an hour and a half of pure relaxation. We started with a 40 minute NuCalm session. How incredibly relaxing. Chair massages and heats all while in the zero gravity position. Purely soothing music. Sensational. We then ventured into the Salt Cabin for twenty minutes. We all felt so refreshed after our sessions. Highly recommend this venue. read more

Absolutely love this place if you need some relaxation, whether it be for an afternoon or an hour! They have some unique treatments that are very reasonably priced and well worth it. The entire space is clean, the staff is welcoming - not pushy, and they offer a great variety of services and also sell some cool wellness stuff. What a wonderful experience this afternoon at the ReSet Lounge. First impression it was beautiful and inviting upon entering. We did 4 txs for an absolutely wonderful relaxing afternoon. The infrared sauna was big enough for us both to relax in with different programs for detox, relieving pain, weight loss, or anti Aging. There was a mini frig with cool eucalyptus towels for post tx and clean fluffy white towels for during the tx. the massage compression chair which was absolutely amazing and better than any personal massage I've had. With a weighted blanket and nature sounds I was so relaxed I felt like I was levitating in the 0 gravity chair! The nucalm chair was very relaxing with meditative music leading me into a trance or tranquil state of mind. My final tx was the salt chamber which was beautiful and inviting with 2 lounge chairs and 1 comfy chair and inches of beautiful pink Himalayan salt to bury your toes in! I could taste the salt on my lips all the way home! we ended with a few minutes in the work out room with some stretching and vibration on the body plate. My husband and I enjoyed 3 treatments at Reset Lounge yesterday, and loved all 3. The NuCalm was a new experience that left us calm and energized at the same time. The salt room was relaxing in a completely different and enjoyable way. Thought I'd check this new place out. Glad I did. Pretty cool and an hour later, fully recharged. Everyone was so nice and professional. Their massage chairs are unbelievable. They completely pampered my feet while working every muscle especially lower back. Nice. Checked out their NuCalm. Don't know much about it, but you sit back under blankets in a super comfy chair, add headphones and an eye mask and it was snooze city. Checked out their sauna and salt therapy too. Everything's super modern and spic and span. Can't think of a better mid-day break. They also have cryo and a workout area, but didn't have time to check them out. Next time. Will be back. read more

From the chilly air in the Salt Cabin to the calming aroma of the NuCalm relaxation room, all of the services offered are an absolute must.
