Dr. Allison is a wonderful person who makes you feel comfortable and talks you through the entire process of what she is doing, the reasons she preforming whatever movements, and asks questions to make sure you feel secure in the next steps will be. Active does take insurance and offers packages to purchase if you plan on going back numerous times. The staff is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and makes you comfortable during each visit. What I do really like too is they offer texting which is helpful in scheduling appointments and reminders. It isn't an automatic service on the other line when texting, it is an actual person who answers your questions and concerns! Overall, Active is a great office that helps resolve your issues while easing your mind with answers to whatever questions you might throw their way!

I came here for lash extensions- and Cheyenne was amazing. She was a total rockstar. My lashes were…read morebeautiful and stayed for three weeks. That experience was 5 starts. However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

I got a gift card for Mother's Day and finally got to use it today. Had a wonderful massage…read moresession with Donica. She was absolutely fantastic and hit every spot and ironed out all the aches..... I can't recommend her enough!! I will be back for sure!! She is a hidden gem!
