We understand the importance of timeliness, but a bit of grace would have gone a long way, especially for new families trying to find the right care team. The medical assistant was quick and helpful. She did my son's flu vaccine and he didn't even cry! There was another helpful assistant that will handle our referrals. And Dr. Hsu is amazing! I mean, she took her time talking to us, she gave us some helpful ideas. She was detailed and knowledgeable, super sweet and understanding. Everything good his previous pediatrician wasn't. At his previous dr, they wouldn't help us call or make referrals (they just said we need to call ourselves) and we never once saw a dr. The wait time was over 20 mins just to get a room. Also, Dr. Hsu said my previous pediatrician didn't update my son's vaccines in the system after they made me request his records from Kaiser (that didn't surprise me). Pan and Hsu peds is such an upgrade! I highly recommend this office and their staff. I didn't get to say thank you because I took the other exit. Thank you everyone at this office!

Dr. Singh was absolutely furious. She was condescending and unbelievably rude. It would be hard to overstate how rude she was--she even chewed me out for giving the pharmacy address too slowly. I have no idea what her problem is, but she took it out on me while my child was sick. Keep your children away from her.

First I paid $120 which is a little steep but I knew my daughter was going to be in great hands. My daughter and I were placed in a room and one of the nurse gave me a placard of all of the earrings that I could pick for my daughter. I picked the smaller gold earring for April's birthstone. The doctor came in and explained everything to me. She gave me an ear cleaning solution to use on my daughter at home and she showed me the earrings and then I realized they were too small. I asked the doctor if I could get the bigger size and she got them. I really appreciate that. The doctor cleaned my daughter's ears 3 times on each side and used a marker to mark where the earrings would go. I was happy with the placement and the doctor even asked if I was comfortable holding my daughter and I was. The doctor pierced the 1 ear and my daughter started crying and then switched to the other side and pierced the other side. My daughter was crying for quite some time and she was very angry at me on the ride home. Almost a week later her ears and piercing looks great. I am thankful for the staff here for doing such a great job on my daughter's ears. I would definitely come here again for my future daughter's ears. Thank you Dr. Liu and staff.

We arrive early for appointments, sometimes at 10 AM, and still wait until 11:30 or later to be seen. The double standard is ridiculous punish us for a few minutes late, but ignore it when we're early and on time. This isn't how a pediatric office should operate. Worse, Dr. Quanns overreacts to the smallest issues, turning minor things into major concerns that scare parents unnecessarily. Other doctors had seen our son and said everything was fine, but he makes a huge deal out of nothing. The bedside manner is terrible condescending, dismissive, and lacking basic respect. This place overcharges, skips patients, and doesn't seem to care. We're going back to the Cedars network. Parents, look elsewhere for better care. A frustrated parent.
