Chris is a rockstar, both literally and figuratively! We recently worked with Reside in our home purchase and they were absolutely incredible. I did my homework and shopped for some rates from the usual suspects out there (which were not rocket-fast nor was anything guaranteed) and the service given by Chris was far above and beyond anything the other companies could offer. It's a competitive housing market out there these days, and Chris was always ready to help us get an offer in at a moments notice, often working with us late into the night or on weekends. I can give you anecdotal details for days, but how about some numbers? When we finally were able to lock a rate in, it was a little higher than expected but that's the market right? Wrong! Part way through the mortgage process, rates came back down and without us even asking him to, Chris was able to re-negotiate our rate with no disruption or delay to our close date. That saves us $95 in our monthly mortgage payment and $34k in interest over the life of our mortgage, which more than paid for Chris' fee. I'd highly recommend Reside to anyone who asks.
