David and his team are the right call. Yes...I am THAT person that will call a list of lenders, read reviews, send emails, and get quotes. It's in my nature to do so especially since I'm in the mortgage business. I work for a hard money lender with fast funding but higher rates in comparison to conventional lenders. I've seen too many people come to me for financing a couple days before they're supposed to close and some after their contract has already expired. Why? You ask...most of the time because the lender or loan officer over promised and couldn't deliver. Before you go looking for a lender that will give you a 0.10% lower rate (from your already low rate), stop and go with one who is reliable, efficient, will walk you through the process, is knowledgeable, and will still respond to you after closing. After all the lower rate doesn't matter if you can't close and end up losing your deposit. read more
