They always sound mildly annoyed when I call, which ramps up to raised voices if I'm asking them to do anything for me. Meaning it will be 3-4 weeks before my tub will be worked on. Yet your rent is due on the first of every month, with no grace period and a $60 late fee if past the first. So not a very good exchange of rent and repairs. Oh and they say they have a workout room. They do, its just everything in it is broken. Sooo....think twice before looking here for your next home!

And last, the closet off your bedroom is the equivalent to your bathroom. Its HUGE!! This place is very nice and very affordable!

When I arrived on property which is perfect right off the main road to either brown County or Columbus which is nice , meet with to amazing people in the office did a tour and looked at several apartments loved it the place was so clean the grounds where nice I finally moved in and couldn't ask for a better place to live Danielle and Kisha are amazing and go above and beyond for you and Dan and Steve are there in a heart beat if there's a problem .
