Replace the felt, ridgeline, valleys, rubber boots, starting strips, and ice and snow flat over the sun porch. Seven (7) workers appeared at 7:30 am and in one day they had removed 70% of the old roof; took 30 drone video shots to show me the detailed progress; and immediately followed up behind the tear off crew; to install 100 squares of GAF HDZ beautiful 3D slate colored roofing shingles. 6 dumpsters of waste were removed from the site; and at job completion after 4 days; the crew marched around and around the property with magnets looking for any roofing nails on the grounds. The price was very fair for the job, the owner contact Jason Easley was a total professional; everything in writing, and everything delivered as contracted for.
